Taking down carefully old geysers 50 / 25 litres capacity of any make including dismantling and fixing of following part under item no 2 to 11 and welding of tank unedr item no 12 refixing the geysers in the position after testing complete all as directed. The unit rate quoted shall be inclusive of fixing of spare parts and supply only sparts shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items of this schedule. NOTE FOR ITEM NO 2 to 11 The make of spare part shall be as per PS.

S & F in repairs / replacement earth plug and socket pole, neutral, sheet metal enclosures with a two pin, plug and socket 20 Amp, 240 volts as per Cat No DHDPUSNO20 of M/s Havells or equivalent of Make L&T, legrand/Standard with and including one MCB, SP, 20A, 240 volts complete all as specified . Make as per E-in-Cs Branch approved list class 1/A.

Taking down disconnecting and dismantling of ceiling fans including fan blades, down rod, coupling, decorative caps, condenser housing, stator and rotor for inspection and replacement of defective parts complete all as specified including complete overhaulings/greasing reassembling and testing to achieve satisfactory perfomance ,refixing after repair complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge for the following stated below as (a)&(b) :-Note :- (a) Spare parts required shall be measured and paid separately as supply only under relevant items of this Schedule hereinafter.(b) Painting shall be measured & paid separately(c) Material required for overhauling such as grease, oil, etc shall deemed to be included in rate quoted .Ceiling fan of sweep 1200 mm
