Material and labour for complete servicing of HOT Crane upto 1.00 Ton capacity including greasing of chain pully and all movable parts, checking of mechanical fualt with rectification of same and minor repair of defects such as tightening / replacement of nuts & bolts, checking of lifting hook, hand chain/ load chain, steel rope and replacement of unserviceable componants/parts complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Continued serial item no.1.00 Note:- (a) Spare parts shall be measured and paid under appropriate items of schedule'A' here - in - after as supply only. (b) All T&P including ladders etc. shall be contractor's responsibility and the rates are deemed to be included in quoted rate.Nothing shall be paid extra on this account. (c) Minor items viz. tape, thimble, screws, nuts, bolts , washers and cable for jumpers etc. shall be provided by the contractor and rates of these items are included in this item and nothing shall be paid extra on this account.

Material and Labour for complete servicing of EOT Crane 2.00 to 5.00 Ton capacity including greasing of chain pully, rope drum and all movable parts, checking of electrical and mechanical fault and rectification of same and minor repair of defects such as tightening/replacement of nuts & bolts, checking of lifting hook, steel rope, checking and repalcement of step down transformer, relays, contactors, push buttons, digital varispeed drive, copper cable and toping up/refilling of gear oil and replacement of unserviceable componants/parts complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply , fixing, adjustment in replacement of unserviceable AC Drive / verable frequency drive (VFD)/ frequency convertor device system of capacity of 11.0 KW three phase supply system with required input 3 x AC 380-480 Volt , 50 / 60 HZ and out put 3 x AC 0-480 Volt, frequency 0-400 HZ or as per existing sample with having setting controlling devices system for operating /controlling of slow / high speed for all motion and other controlling system etc for smooth functional of over head electric traveling crane and including making controlling cable connection of system and testing on load complete all as specified and directed by Engineer -in-Charge.

Supply & fixing in replacement of Step Down Transformer double bound type 415/110V AC 500VA complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply & fixing in replacement 3 core 2.5 Sqmm PVC insulated & round sheathed bright annealed copper conductor flexible cable for voltage grade 1100 V , FRLS as per IS: 694 complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-charge

Material and Labour for replacement of steel Wire Rope 10 mm F.M.C Construction 6X36 ungalvanised as per IS 2266/02 complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply & fixing in replacement of Rotary type geared limit switch ratio 48:1 with 4 contacts type GRLS/48/4SE.suitable for Crane or as per sample complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparing surface and painting of EOT cranes upto 05 Ton capacity complete including double girder beam, trolly, foot path, railing path, motors , shaft, ladder and Gear Box and other connected parts of crane by scraping, cleaning, using wire brush, sand paper etc, and painting complete with one coat of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of zinc chrome primer of approved make and colour applying two coats of golden yellow/tractor orange/gray colour as per existing colour code( CT Span of the cranes not more than 37 metres) complete all as specified and as directed. Note:-(i) Necessary safety measures to be taken by the contractor while painting the cranes. (ii) Any damage to govt property while executing the work is to be make good by the contractor. (iii) The cost of scaffolding arrangement laddars,safety belt,lifting ,and T&P used while painting in the crane will borne by the contractor himself. (iv) Marking on the display board of the Crane i.e Make of cranes , Capacity , MES No/Sr No and Installtion Year in Black paint completed.

Material and Labour for re-winding of electric motor of capacity 1 HP, 3 phase, 415 Volts with super enameled copper conductor wire as per existing guage and weight ,varnishing, drying etc. including carefully disconnecting the motor, transporting to workshop and back to site of installation after rewinding including necessary testing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note : The rate of transportation of motor to workshop and back to site of installation is included in this item and nothing shall be paid extra on this account.

Material and Labour for rolled section as in main and cross beams, hip and jack rafters, purlins where connected to common rafters and running rails and guides for ladders, fixed with angle cleats or other connecting plates and necessary welding and fabrication work etc, size of angle iron 75mm x 75mm x 8 mm of Fe 410 -W (Gde E- 250) quality A with and including two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chromate primer including taking down old unservicable complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note: 1. The measurment and payment shall be made only of the weight of steel sections .During the weighing the weight of steel sections the weight of two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chromate primer shall not be considered .3. The rate of two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chromate primer is included in this item and nothing shall be paid extra on this account.

Supply and fixing in replacement of Electro Hydraulic Thrustor Brake MDT 200-18Kg complete set including thrustor 18 Kg, 415 volt 3 Phase power supply fitting in existing place or any necessary retrofit work complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in- Charge.

Supply and laying LT XLPE insulated heavy duty electric cable of size 16 Sqmm 4 core , 1100 volts grade with standard aluminium conductor served with an inner shething of PVC tape armoured with GI wire and over all PVC sheathed in laid in trench/passing through pipe / duct / road crossing / surface of wall /in hume pipe etc including fixing hardware clamps, making good the damaged surface etc complete all as specified and as directed

Material and Labour for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600mm x 600mm x 6 mm thick burried directly in ground to depth of pit not less than 2.25 m below normal ground level with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 m below normal ground level surrounded from all sides by 15 cm thick packed layer of charcoal / coal dust and common salt filling in alternate layers and connected to galvanised earth lead wire 4 mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of GI or steel including GI protection pipe 15mm dia light grade upto the extent of 7.5 metre and connecting to earthing test point, main switch board including GI pipe 20 mm dia light grade for watering, MS funnel and bringing out the watering pipe upto 30 cm above the normal ground level plugged at top including all fitting including PCC earth pit with PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate and RCC pit cover including necessary earthwork and excavation in any type of soil complete all as specified as shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part-I and testing on completion.
