PROVISION OF AREA DEVELOPMENT AND PROVISION OF FOUNDATION STONE ALONG WITH ASSOCIATED WORKS FOR ICG ACADEMY AT KENJARU VILLAGE, MANGALURU

Excavation in trenches width not exceeding 1.5mtr and depth not exceeding 1.5metre for foundations, not exceeding 10 Sqm on plan for manholes etc and getting out in hard/dense soil, complete all as specified.

Exacvations over areas by mechanical means n. exc. 1.5m deep and getting out in in hard/dense soil .

Returning filling in hard/dense soil including spreading levelling watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick complete all as specified.

Removing excavated material (soils) to a distance not exceeding 50 metre and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 metre above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Plain cement concrete (1:4:8) type D-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in foundation mass concrete filling complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for formwork to sides of concrete foundation, footing, bases of columns,raft and raft beams,sides and soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beams and similar work, vertical or to batter for rough finished surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L 18 to 20mm thick Granite (of any type) slab machine cut, in skirting/ dado laid over as backing coat of cement plaster 10 mm thick in CM 1:4 and jointed with grey cement slurry, and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone including grinding and polishing complete all as specified and directed.

Rounding to edges of stone slabs one edge, such as in steps, cooking platform, and other similar situation

Supply of 20 mm thick Granite stone with engraving of English and Hindi letter.

Fixing only 20mm thick Granite (of any type) slab machine cut, in skirting/ dado laid over as backing coat of cement plaster 10 mm thick in CM 1:4 and jointed with grey cement slurry, and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone including grinding and polishing complete all as specified and directed.

S& Laying of 60mm thick machine pressed precast concrete paver block any shape & size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of M-35 grade with grey cement and pigment etc. all as specified.

Surface dressing not exc. 15cm deep in hard/dense soil complete.

Supply only moorum /red bajri from outside of MD land complete

Forming embankments with soil including raising or lowering earth,spreading in layers n.exc.30cm thick,watering,ramming/rolling and finishing to required size,shape,etc n.exc 1.5m high from base.
