Excavation in hard rock (blasting prohibited) with benching, chiselling and wedging such as hard rock, sheet rock and boulders in habitant areas where controlled blasting cannot be done with different lifts as per specifications and drawings and as directed by the departmental officers, including protecting walls and other structures, existing water supply lines, sewes, power cables, telephone cables/ducts, storm water drains, traffic signals etc.,wherever it is possible so as not to distrub the existing utility service etc., taking all precautionary measures in the restricted areas such as urban areas diversion of the traffic, removel of stumps and other deleterious material and disposal upto a lead of 50 m, dressing of sides and bottom and excluding backfilling for pipeline trenches for laying sewer/water supply lines/ foundations including all incidental and operational charges etc., complete. as directed by the HMWS&SB Engineers.

Barricading, Boarding, lighting and Watching etc., for pipe line trenches etc., complete as directed by the HMWS&SB Engineers.

Manufacturing supply & delivery, lowering, laying and jointing of 300mm dial RCC NP4 pipe confirming IS 458-2003 confirming IS 122330-1988 with inner 12mm thick high almina cement confirming to IS 6452 in stsandard laying with socket and spigot ends suitable rubber rings including cost of materials rubber rings, and delivery to site unloading, lowering carefully in the ready made trenches, laying true to alignment and gradient by using cranes, jointing rubber rings and testing as per speicfications including cost and conveynance of all materials to site, labour charges and other incidental charges etc., complete as directed by the H.M.W.S.&.S. Board Engineers.

Construction of 0.9M X 0.9M dia meter sewer manhole up to 1m depth with cement bricks in CM 1:6 prop. With CC bed 1:6 prop. With CC bed 1:4:8 prop. Benching with CC 1:2:4 prop. Internal plastering 20mm thick in CM 1:3 prop. And external plasterting 12mm thick in CM 1:6 prop. including cost of all materials fixing of CI steps and only fixing charges FRC cover and frames as directed by the HMWS&SB Engineers..

Redoing of 15mm PPC connection for domestic water supply connection incluidng earth work excavation cost of pipe refilling etc., complete as directed by the HMWS&SB Engineers.

Supply delivery and filling of quarry dust (50% Rubbish 50% HBG Stone 2.36 mm) where ever required as directed by departmental officers including cost and conveyance stacking leveling watering tampering rolling all leads lobour charges and other incidental and operational charghes etc. complete as directed by the HMWS&SB Engineers.

Supply of good quality gravel for filling where ever required as directed by departmental officers including cost and conveyance of gravel, stacking, leveling, watering, tamping rolling, all leads, labour charges and other incidental and operational charges as directed by the H.M.W.S.&.S. Board Engineers.

Plain Cement concrete (M 20) Nominal Mix using 20mm graded metal using concrete mixer - using 20mm HG metal (Coarse aggregate) from approved quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, fine aggregate (As per GO Ms No 37 Industries and Commerce(Mines-I) Dept, dated 29.05.2018, Manufactured Sand (Rock sand) and natural river sand in the ratio of 50:50 is adopted), coarse aggregate, water etc., including all operational, incidental and labour charges such as, machine mixing, laying concrete , curing, including contractor's profit and over head charges etc., as directed by the H.M.W.S.&.S. Board Engineers.

Carting away the surplus excavated materials such as rock / earth from the site to a suitable distance of about 8 Kms including loading, unloading, conveyance charges and dumping the carted material at the contractors cost labour charges, all leads and lifts, all other incidential and operational charges etc., complete. as directed by the H.M.W.S.&. S. Board Engineers.

Supply and placing of the RCC 30 Grade Design Mix Concrete corresponding to IS 456 using WEIGH BATCHER/MIXER(Weigh batch at site) with 20mm size graded machine crushed hard granite metal (coarse aggregate) from approved quarry including cost and Conveyance of all materials like cement, fine aggregate (sand) coarse aggregate, water etc., to site,, as specified by departmental officers at site, Seignorage charges, sales & other taxes on all materials including all operational, incidental and labour charges such as weigh batching, machine mixing, laying concrete, curing etc., complete but excluding cost of steel and its fabrication charges for finished item of work with minimum cement content(400 Kg per Cum) as per IS code, centering with steel scaffolding Pipes, Jack pipes, Steel Centering Plates, shuttering, laying concrete, vibrating, curing etc. complete but excluding cost of steel and its fabrication charges for finished item of work. etc.,complete as directed by the H.M.W.S.&.S. Board Engineers.
