REPAIR REPLACEMENT OF DISTRIBUTION PIPELINES, IRP, REPAIRING AND CLEANING OF OH TANKS, SUMP, BULK WATER METER, STARTER, VALVE ETC INCLUDING ALLIED WORKS AT VARIOUS LOCATIONS OF BAGRAKOTE MIL STN UNDER GE SEVOKE ROAD

Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5 mtr wide and not exc 1.5 mtr in depth and getting out excavated material for laying/ taking out pipe line, cables, etc in soft/ loose soil complete all as specified and directed

Returning, filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm in each layer in soft/ loose soil complete all as specified and directed

Removal of surplus soil to a distance not exc 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point all as specified and directed

Supply and fixing in repair Fully automatic three phase star delta starter in sheet metal enclosure type with overload, shortcut, single phasing, locked rotor, earth fault, current unbalance, phase sequence reversal, under current, over/under voltage protections for 15/12.5/10 HP capacity motor complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Materials and labour for complete servicing of chemical dosing system by cleaning all components, replacing any damaged item, drilling hole in pipe and fixing NRV injection valve and connecting it with high pressure discharge tube to dosting system avoiding any leaks with suitable arrangements and testing after completion all as directed by Engr-in-charge. (Note: all items required to be replaced will be paid seperately under supply only items)

Supply only injection valve (NRV) to protects againt backflow and generates optimal pressure .

Supply only Suction and discharge tubes 3/8" high pressure for injecting chlorine .

Testing of water sample of pump house of Bagrakote Mil Stn for bacteriological and chemical testing from NABL approved laboratory including submitting the report to the Engineer in Charge ,complete all as specified & directed.

Supply and fixing Single Phase Preventor used for automatic Star Delta Starter with on delay timmer (2-3min) and auto manual switch, complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking up or down from any position existing steel water tubing 20 mm bore of any type and connections carefully including cleaning for refixing or removal to E/M store yard or issued as credit complete all as specified and as directed. Note :Excavation/earth work shall be measured and paid separately under respective item of schedule considered here-in-before.
