Taking down carefully the existing Copper/Aluminium point wiring of any size and type by disconnecting from the either terminals complete with switches, sockets, ceiling rose, regulators, bell etc by unscrewing and removing materials to store for keeping in safe custody for re-use or for taking credit and making good to disturb surface of walls, floors etc., complete all as specified and directed by Engr -in- charge. Note : (i) Old dismanteled wiring and accessories (other than reuse) will be contractors property and credit will be charged against schedule of credit.

Taking down carefully by unscrewing from boards / outlet boxes fittings and fixture such as, LED bulk head fitting, LED tube light fitting etc. for re use at site or carrying to the store (serviceable fitting shall be reuse) all as specified and as directed by engineer in charge.

Taking down Old Serviceable/unserviceable MCB DB any type/size etc after disconnecting (serviceable DBs /MCBs shall be reuse), complete all as specified and directed by engineer in charge.

Point wiring for One light point controlled by one one way switch 5 Amp with 1.5 Sqmm single core multi standed copper conductor HRFR insulated and unsheathed heavy duty cable in colour code including contineous earth wire with cable of size 1.5 sqmm copper conductor flexible FRLS insulated drawn into and including concealed PVC rigid conduit of not less than 20mm dia and1.5mm wall thickness ISI marked terminated into annealed steel terminal boxes including 3.00 mm thick hylam brand IS-2036 marked, laminated sheet cover for mounting switches, sockets, fan regulators etc complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-charge.

Point wiring with 1.5 Sq. mm PVC Insulated unsheathed HRFR multistranded copper conductor, medium grade ISI meraked drwan into and including PVC concealed conduit with all accessories from terminal box to junction of ceiling and wall and rest of circuit conductor wire drwan in to and including suraface PVC rigid non metalic conduit for one ceiling fan point controlled by one switch with and also including 1.5 sqmm continious earth wire connected to common earth dolly complete all as specified and directed by engineer incharge.

All as per item No. 04 above but for bell / buzzer on independent board controlled by one push button bell switch.

All as per item No. 04 above but for one 5 Amps socket outlet on independent board.

All as per item No. 04 bove but wire size 2x2.5 Sqmm to controlled the 3 pin 5 / 15 Amps socket outlet on independent board and providing earth continuity wire using PVC insulated, FRLS 1100 volts grade un sheathed single core stranded copper conductor cable of size 2.5 Sqmm.

All as per item No. 04 above but controle by 2 Nos.of two way switch.

All as per item Srl No. 04 herein before but for 3 pin socket outlet 5 Amp on same board, complete all as specified and directed by Engr -in-charge.

Point wiring with multistranded copper conductor cable, PVC insulated and unsheathed (FRLS) size 1.5 sqmm drawn in and incl PVC casing and caping with fixing accessories, to be fixed on wooden gutties or plastic rawal plug, for one light /fan/controlled by one switch with thickness not less than 1.25mm annealed steel boxes concealed on wall with and including 3mm thick laminated backlite sheet complete all as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Fixing only serviceable light fittings any type as obtained against item No 2 all as specified and directed by engineer in charge

Taking down fan, ceiling cable end, dismantling blades and kept in safe custody for refixing on same location all as specified and directed by engineer in charge.

Hanging /fixing only ceiling fan and connecting up including provision of cable from ceiling rose or connector to fan obtained from item no 27

Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60x60cmx6mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 meters deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 metres below normal ground level, connected to galvanised earth lead wire 4.0mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No-5 of MES Part-1 Fixed in replacement including testing on completion including the material and labour of the following :- (a) Excavation and earth work for drilling hole for electrode in any type of soil. (b) PCC Pit in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1. (c) Precast RCC cover with suitable handle 40mm thick in PCC 1:2:4 type B-1, reinforced with welded steel wire fabric weighing not less than 1.87 Kg/Sqm. (d) Funnel with watering pipe of GI protection pipe 5 mtr long for protection of earthing lead from mechanical injury or tempering. (f) Requisite quantity of common salt and charcoal. (g) Testing of Earthing. Note : (a) On testing after completion of earthing, if the desired earth resistnace is not obtained, the earthing will be done by the contractor at his own risk and cost to the entire satisfaction ot the engineer incharge. (b) The contractor shall quote his rate considering taking down cost of existing unserviceable earthing.

Sub main wiring with two run single core 6 sqmm FRLS copper conductor cable PVC insulated, unsheathed, 1100V grade including 25mm dia PVC concealed conduit medium grade ISI marked with all accessories such as Tees, elbows, junctgion boxes etc, as required fixed on wall alongwith one run of 6 sqmm single core PVC FRLS insulated unsheathed copper conductor cable as continious earth wire and connecting to existing main switch board/distribution board complete including taking down unserviceable submain of any type/size and testing on completion etc fixed in replacement, complete all as specified and directed by engineer-in-charge. Note : Two run of 6 sqmm and one run 4 sqmm cable and one run of PVC conduit shall be measured as one RM
