Attending annual maintenance of central store workshop division complex of ALHW, Sri Vijaya Puram for the period of one year (2026-27).

Sweeping and cleaning of Office, store godowns, scooter shed, open area etc., on all working days and cleaning the areas as per the requirement and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge including cost of brooms, mops, cloths, all labour charges, minor tools, GST & LWC. etc, complete. (The office area ground floor and first floor should be cleaned before commencement of office hours and other areas as directed by the EIC. )

Cleaning and disinfecting all the three toilets in the Central Store Office and assisting in sweeping, cleaning on all working days including water closets- 3 Nos., Urinals - 3 Nos, wash basins - 3 Nos., all floors and skirtings of the toilets, in the morning before commencement of office hours, and assisting in sweeping & Cleaning works as directed by the EIC including cost of all cleaning liquid/powder, disinfectant, toilet freshner, cleaning brushes etc, all labour charges, minor tools, GST & LWC.. etc,

Pumping of water to the 02 Nos overhead tanks of capacity 2000 lit each from the sump / well inside the store complex on all working days as directed by the EIC excluding cost of water pumps, running expenses of water pump etc but including all labour charges for operating the pumps, valves, GST etc complete.

Periodical maintenance of water supply and sanitary installations inside the store complex including checking of all water supply and sanitary lines over head tanks, sump, well etc as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge excluding cost of any water supply/ sanitary pipes, fittings etc which will be supplied by the department free of cost but including cost of all labour charges and cost of minor tools and plants, cleaning agents, bleaching powder, LWC, GST etc. complete.

Cleaning, rearranging and restacking of materials, spare parts, hard ware items in the racks in the stores godown, replacing the worn out tags, counting/ weighing of materials if required, removal and disposal of unwanted materials like packing cases, covers, etc, assisting store keeping works, checking the receipt & issue material transactions, assisting in maintaining & handling store records as per the direction of EIC on all working days including cost of all labour charges, GST & LWC etc complete.

Attending operation cum maintenance of 2 Nos Weigh Bridge as per the requirement (40T cap.Digital & 20 Ton cap. Mechanical) on daily basis (including hoildidays/sundays) at Central store complex for weighment of loaded trucks for SVPMC /DSS/Others etc. including cleaning the weighbridge, greasing etc as directed by the Engineer-in-charges, including all labour charges, GST, LWC etc. complete.

Attending Data Entry Operations including typing works of estimates, bills, and other correspondence letters and attending routine works of Dairy Entry and Despatch all etc, as per the direction of EIC on all working days including cost of all labour charges, GST & LWC ...etc complete.

Collection of debris, unwanted materials from the store complex, transportation and disposal of the same at PBMC dumping yard within a lead of 14 Km as directed by the EIC including cost of all labour charges loading and unloading charges, transportation charges, hire charges of truck, GST & LWC etc., complete.

Attending miscellaneous works at CSWD such as keeping vigil on the scattered materials in and around the CSWD area, making entry in registers about vehicle entry inside the Central stores and vehicle exit from the Central stores, helping hands for all sub-division works etc., for three shift in a day including sundays & other holidays throughout the year including cost of uniform, torch light, batteries, all labour charges, labour welfare cess, GST etc complete.

Attending part time sweeping and cleaning the office of the Officer-in-charge (ALHW), Chennai and other miscellanous works as and when required basis as directed by the Officer-in-charge(ALHW), Chennai office, including labour cost, LWC, GST etc complete.
