Supply of 09 metre hight hot galvanised octagonal pole, continously tapered (Bolt Fixing Type) in single section of size made out of 3mm thick sheet suitable for bracket having top dia 70-75mm and bottom dia 155-175mm, base plate size 240x240x16mm - 260x260x16mm with door and locking arrangement complete with two sided 1” dia cross arm of minimum 1mtr long GI street light bracket, bakelite sheet, neutral link, providing suitable size DP MCB or other electrical accessories etc. complete as required.

Erection, Testing and Commissioning of 09 metre hight hot galvanised octagonal pole complete with all accessories by providing and laying REINFORCED CEMENT CONCRETE of grade 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources) and Steel reinforcement as per the design of Pole Manufacturer and providing required Sets of 700-750mm long suitable 'J' type foundation GI bolts of diameter 24mm with 04 Nos. Nuts, separate adequate size PVC pipes for incoming and outgoing power cables and earth wires to the cable termination box in the RCC including excavation and refilling etc. complete as required.

Supply of following rating pressure die cast aluminium housing type of LED Street Light luminiaries with provision of tilting the fixture, with power factor > 0.95, heat resistant toughened glass & IP 66 protection, as per Indian Standards on LED with power driver card and other accessories complete in all respect and as per technical specifications & approved make as specified in the tender document.

Supply of 230 Volts, 50 Hz, 150 Watt Flood Light LED Light / Luminaires made of Pressure die-cast aluminium alloy for housing (heat sink) for effective thermal management and heat dissipation, sturdiness & excellent corrosion resistant with IP 66 protection meeting minimum technical specifications as laid down in the tender etc. complete as required.

Supply of following rating pressure die cast aluminium housing type of LED flood Light luminiaries with provision of tilting the fixture, suitable for highlighting architecture facade and general purpose lighting with power factor > 0.95, heat resistant toughened glass & IP 66 protection, as per Indian Standards on LED with power driver card and other accessories complete in all respect and as per technical specifications & approved make as specified in the tender document.

Installation, Testing & Commissioning of pre-wired 230 Volts, 50 Hz, LED Street / flood Light complete with all accessories on existing street light poles of height upto 12 metre including connection etc. complete as required.

Supplying and drawing 3 X 1.5 sqmm 1.1 kV PVC insulated & PVC Round Sheathed Copper Conductor as per IS:694-1990 from the looping loopout cable termination box to Street light fittings inside the lighting pole etc. as required.

Supply & laying of HDPE pipe (ISI marked) of following sizes along with all accessories like socket, bend, couplers etc. conforming to IS 14930, Part II complete with fitting and cutting, jointing etc. direct in ground (75 cm below ground level) including excavation and refilling the trench but excluding sand cushioning and protective covering etc., complete as required.

Supply & laying of GI pipe (medium class) of following diameters in hard soil / surface concrete upto a depth of 40 cms. including excavation and refilling it with 1:2:4 CC to make the surface good etc. as required & as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size in the existing RCC/ HUME/ METAL pipe as required.

Supplying and making end termination with brass compression gland and aluminium lugs for following size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade of 4 core, 16 Sq. mm sizes as required.

Dismentling of steel tubular pole upto 9mtr long (Double arm) including dismentling of concrete foundation and shifted to AAI store etc. as per site requirement.

Earthing with G.I. earth pipe 4.5 metre long, 40 mm dia including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required.

Providing and laying earth connection from earth electrode with 6 SWG dia GI Wire in 15 mm dia G.I. pipe from earth electrode including connection with G.I. thimble excavation and re-filling as required.

Providing and fixing 6 SWG dia G.I. wire on surface or in recess for loop earthing as required.

Supply & laying of 6 SWG GI wire with PVC insulated/ PVC sheated aluminium conductor cable in ground etc. as required.
