CONSTRUCTION OF A TYPE (TWO SECTION) SCHOOL BUILDING 09 STAFF QUARTERS, BOUNDARY WALL, RAMP FOR HANDICAPPED AND OTHER FACILITIES AS PER KVS NORMS FOR KENDRIYA VIDHYALAYA, CHITRAKOOT (SH PREPARATION AND SUBMISSION OF STRUCTURAL DESIGN AND DRAWING)

Preparation and submission of Design Basis Report (DBR) structural analysis with load moment chart for the entire structural components like foundation, columns, beams, slabs, roof, structure steel members, joints, truss etc. (a) layout of structure, (b) foundation details, (c) details of columns, (d) Details of Structural RCC members for columns, beams, rafters, purlins, truss, roof with complete details of joints of members, plates, welds, bolts or any other details required by Engineer in charge. The Designer shall have to submit the basic design data, load and assumptions required to be made in the design for approval before taking up design work. The design and detailing shall be conforming to relevant IS codes including proof checking of structural design and drawing as per relevant IS codes and direction of Engineer-in-charge. Before submitting the final drawings, the consultant shall discuss the loading to be adopted for modelling of structure and develop to model and get concurrence for final analysis from SE Allahabad. The Design and drawings shall be checked by the competent authority and the designer shall have to incorporate all such instructions by him and engineer-in-charge, if any. These drawings shall be submitted in original, duly signed by the structural designer and proof checked by IIT-BHU, IIT-Kanpur or MNNIT-Allahabad 8 (Eight) copies each in A1 size paper and soft copy (AutoCAD format) including the structural analysis both in soft (STAAD/ E-Tabs model) and hard copies complete and get the same signed by competent authority and the same shall then be submitted to the Engineer-in-charge, all complete for above mentioned work. The consultant shall be required to prepare and submit all the necessary details as required by the vetting/proof checking agency and shall make his personnel available for such meetings/discussions as required. Vetting/Proof checking fee shall be borne by the consultant. The lead structural designer or his qualified representative shall make themselves available for meetings/discussions with SE Allahabad as and when required on the matter of design and drawing. Design of following Structures :- 1. School Building (G+1) along with Ramp upto First Floor, Ramp and Porch with total built up area of 4587.28 sqmt. 2. 4 Nos. Type-II quarters along with mumty with total built-up area of 377.68 sqmt. 3. 4 Nos. Type-III quarters along with mumty with total built-up area of 417.77 sqmt. 4. 1 No. Type-V quarters along with mumty of built-up area of 215.58 sqmt. 5. 1 No. Meter Room, 1 No. Canteen, 1 No. UG Tank, 1 No. Septic Tank, Gate RCC Structure and Boundary wall. 6. Covered Steel Structure for stage (in School building), Cycle Parking Stand and Ramp for School Building. 7. Rain water harvesting pit. 8. Design of additional MS structure if any required during execution of work.
