REPAIR MAINT OF SUMMER AND WINTER APPLIANCES, GEYSERS, SOLAR WATER HEATER AND CONNECTED WORKS AT OTA GAYA

Comprehensive preventive & routine maintenance services of 1.5 TR window type air conditioner Make: Voltas/LG /Carrier/Blue Star or any other make on site installed at various location in the station by carrying out following checks and services:- (i) Cleaning of condenser and evaporator coils fins with mild detergent/chemical solution for descaling of coils and flushing with high-pressure jet of water after taking down the whole unit and refixing at the existing location or any other new location after servicing. (ii) Greasing of blower motors and all moving parts. (iii) Prevention of rusting of units (iv) Checking operation of controls of the air conditioner such as thermostat, relays, remote control etc. (v) Checking air flow through the supply air grill, return air grill, condenser. (vi) Checking air temperature at supply air grill, return air grill, inlet air condenser, outlet air from condenser. (vii) Checking firmness of supporting arrangement for the compressor, blower motor, air conditioners casing and fixing of air-conditioners etc., anti-rusting painting of the MS portion prone to rusting. (viii) Replacement of any component of air conditioners found defective after the above checks and tests

All as per item No. 1 above but for 1.5/2 TR split type air conditioner. Note for Item No. 1 & 2, (i) Cleaning, overhauling and servicing of each unit shall be carried out on quaterly basis. (ii) The AC units shall be checked completely and serviced/repaired thoroughly at least once in three months as prescribed by the manufacturer of the AC units. In addition to this AC units shall be attended on break down with in 24 hours after intimation and shall be get repaired with in 48 hours, failing which necessay recovery @ Rs 200 per AC per hrs shall be made. (iii) Items/parts required for repair/replacement shall be measured and paid separately under relevent items here-in-after as supply and fixing.
