Providing and applying 2.5 mm thick road marking strips (retro- reflective) of specified shade/ colour using hot thermoplastic material by fully/ semi automatic thermoplastic paint applicator machine fitted with profile shoe, glass beads dispenser, propane tank heater and profile shoe heater, driven by experienced operator on road surface including cost of material, labour, T&P, cleaning the road surface of all dirt, seals, oil, grease and foreign material etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge and accordance with applicable specifications

Road Markers/Road Stud with Lense Reflector Providing and fixing of road stud 100x 100 mm, die-cast in aluminium, resistant to corrosive effect of salt and grit, fitted with lense reflectors, installed in concrete or asphaltic surface by drilling hole 30 mm upto a depth of 60 mm and bedded in a suitable bituminous grout or epoxy mortar, all as per BS 873 part 4:1973

Providing and fixing of retro-reflectorised cautionary, mandatory and informatory sign board as per IRC 67:2012 made of high intensity Micro-Prismatic Grade Sheeting (Type XI) vide IRC: 67:2012 Clause 6.7.3.2 and Clause 801.3.3 of MoRT&H, fixed over Aluminum Composite Material (ACM) sheet with thermoplastic core of Low Density Polyethylene (LDPE) between two thick aluminum skins/sheets having overall thickness of 4 mm and aluminum skin thickness of 0.3 mm on both sides.The ACM shall conform to Table 6.1 of IRC:67:2012 and Table 800-1 of MoRT&H Specification. The High Intensity Micro Prismatic Grade Sheeting shall conform to Table 6.6 of IRC:67:2012 and Table 800-3 of MoRT&H Specification.The message legend, numerical letters and borders shall be screen printed on high intensity micro prismatic sheeting conforming to Clause 801.3.7 with digital printing ink, or by cut-out from transparent durable overlay, or cut-out from the same type of reflecting sheeting for cautionary/mandatory signs.The sign board shall be supported on MS sign post of size 75 mm × 75 mm × 6 mm and 3.60 m overall length, fixed to ground by properly designed foundation of size 450 mm × 450 mm × 600 mm with M20 grade concrete.The ACM sheet shall be fixed to the post with minimum four number breakaway bolts and supported with back support frame of 25 mm × 25 mm × 3 mm angle.A 10-year warranty for retro reflective sheeting shall be provided from the original sheeting manufacturer as per Clause 6.9 of IRC:67:2012. Providing and fixing of plastic speed breaker of 500 mm length,x350mm widthxheight 50mm approved by Engineer-in-charge. The speed brekaer shall support load of 100Te. The luminance intensity should be as per the specifications and shall be tested as descirbed. The studs(Breakers) shall be fixed to the road surface using the adhesive conforming to IS, as per procedure recommended by the manufacturer complete and as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge
