Design, Fabrication, Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of 3-phase CRCA fabricated, duly powder coated power control Centre (PCC). Power Control Centre shall be as per our specification, attached GA drawing /single line diagram having following configurations:

Incomer: EDO type 1600A TP ACB (Ics≥50 kA) with neutral CT & Microprocessor trip release for O/L & S/C & E/F protection (LSIG) having individually adjustable current & time settings and LED/LCD display for fault indication. The release shall be compatible to measure power, energy, PF etc. The ACBs shall also have 6NO+6NC auxiliary contacts, AC closing and triping coils, communication module, motorised spring charging system and associated accesories like TNC Switches, Locks, Add on contact, actuator, LED indicator, Push Buttons and space heaters etc. Outgoing: a) 800A FP MCCB (Ics≥50kA) with Microprocessor trip release for O/L & S/C & E/F protection (LSIG) having individually adjustable current & time settings- 02 Nos. b) 630A FP MCCB (Ics≥50kA) with Microprocessor trip release for O/L & S/C & E/F protection (LSIG) having individually adjustable current & time settings- 04 Nos. c) 400A FP MCCB (Ics≥50kA) with Microprocessor trip release for O/L & S/C & E/F protection (LSIG) having individually adjustable current & time settings- 02 Nos. d) 250A FP MCCB (Ics≥50kA) with Microprocessor trip release for O/L & S/C & E/F protection (LSIG) having individually adjustable current & time settings- 04 Nos. e) 125A FP MCCB (Ics≥50kA) with Microprocessor trip release for O/L & S/C & E/F protection (LSIG) having individually adjustable current & time settings- 04 Nos.

Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of 1100 Volt, 3.5Cx240 sq mm, Aluminium multi stranded conductor with XLPE insulation, extruded PVC inner sheathed, G.I flat/round steel strip armoured, extruded PVC outer sheathed FRLSH cable conforming to IS 7098 Part-I with latest amendments, fixed on wall/column/slab/ Cable tray/Hume pipe/trench/ shaft/pit/ on 5mm thick G.I. flat/angle support fixed with coach screws/grouted in wall/anchor fasteners, 2mm. thick G.I. fabricated saddle, all fixing accessories, etc.,in ground at a depth of 900 mm below ground level including sand bedding, laying of baked bricks on side & top-, reinstatement, back filling, dewatering, consolidation etc. providing brass cable number tag as per enclosed detailed specifications & as per instructions of the EIC & as follow:

Supply, Installation, Testing & commissioning of end termination of 1100 Volt, 3.5Cx240 sq mm, XLPE insulated armoured cables with solder less heavy duty tinned copper lugs, heavy duty brass cable gland, insulation tape as per relevant IS specification and as per instruction of Engineer in-charge.

Supply and Installation of G.I. earthing strips (50X6/32X6/25X3)/wire on wall/metallic structure/cable tray/ in the ground along with all required material (insulator/fixing support/saddle etc), hardware etc.

Fabrication, Supply & Installation of 2mm thick GI tray of following type and sizes with all required accessories like horizontal and vertical bends, reducers, tees, cross members etc. & duly suspended from the wall/ceiling with hangers, threaded rods, supports etc. as required & instructed by EIC.

Supply, fabrication & Installation of stuctural steel work including supply, cutting, fabricating, welding, necessory scaffolding erecting & fixing in position, including painting with a primer coat of approved steel primer & black steel paint.

Supply, fabrication & installation of sheet steel bus duct, Cable trays, Cable Tray Cover, Panel & M.S boxes with complete chemical & mechanical process on M.S sheet/MS structure etc. duly power coated, rubber gasketed, with locking arrangement, earthing bolt etc. will be provided on the fabricated items as per requirement and specifications.
