Road Works:- Clearing and grubbing of road land including up rooting rank vegetation grass, bush, shurbs saplings and trees of girth upto 300mm removal of stumps of trees cut earlier and disposal of unserviceable materials & stacking of serviceable material to be used or auctioned, upto a lead of 1000m including removal & disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150mm in thickness. per Technical Specification Clause201. (I) By manual means

Construction of embankment with approved materials obtained from borrow pits with a lift up to 1.5m. Transporating to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet required of tables 300.1 and 300.2 with a lead upto 1000m. as per technical specification clause.

Construction of sub grade and earthen shoulders with approved materials obtained from borrow pits, with all lifts and leads, transporating to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet required of Table 300.2 with lead upto 1000m as per technical specfication clause.

Construction of Granular sub-base by providing well graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface………as per technical specification clause 401 (A) By Mix in Place Method

Water Bound Macadam Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing rolling with three wheel 80-100 KN static roller in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, stone screening/binding materials to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density as per Technical Specification Clause 405. (2) Grading-II (A) By manual means

Water Bound Macadam Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing rolling with three wheel 80-100 KN static roller in stage to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, stone screening/binding materials to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density as per Technical Specification Clause 405. (2) Grading-III (A) By manual means

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (SS-1) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70-1.0 kg/sqm using mechanical means as per Technical Specification Clause 502. (i) Low porosity.

Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen emulsion (RS-1) using emulsion distributor at the rate of 0.25 to 0.30 kg per sqm on the prepared dry and hungry bituminous surface cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503.

Providing laying and rolling of 20mm thick Open-Graded Premix Carpet using Bituminous (penetration grade/modified bitumen) Binder. Providing, laying and rolling of open graded premix carpet of 20mm thickness composed of 13.2mm to 5.6mm aggregates either using penetration grade bitumen or emulsion to required line, and grades to be followed by seal coat of either Type A or Type B or Type C as per Technical Specification Clause 508 case-II By Mechanical Means:

Providing and laying seal coat sealing the voids in bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall using Type A, Type B and Type C as per Techincal Specification clause 510 Case-

Supplying, fitting and fixing in position true to line and level cast steel rocker bearing conforming to IRC:83(Pt-1) section IX and clause 2003 of MoRTH specifications complete including all accessories as per drawing and Technical Specifications.

Furnishing and placing reinforced / Prestressed cement concrete in superstructure as per drawing and Technical Specifications. RCC/PSC Grade M40, Case-I : Using Concrete Mixer (II) T-beam & slab (a) Height upto 5m

Supplying, fitting and placing TMT bar reinforcement complete in superstructure complete as per drawing and technical specification.

Supplying, fitting and placing TMT bar reinforcement complet in superstructure complete as per drawing and technical specification.

Providing and laying cement concrete wearing coat M30 grade inclduing reinforcement complete as per drawing and Technical Specifications.

Construction of pre cast RCC railing of M30 Grade in situ with 20mm nominal size aggregate, ture to line and grade, tolerance of vertical RCC post not to exceed 1 in 500 center to center spacing between vertical post not to exceed 2000mm leaving adequat space between vertical post for expansion.

Drainage spouts complete as per approved drawings and technical specifications.

Providing and laying of a strip seal expansion joint catrering to maximum horizontal movement upto 70mm, complete as per approved drawings and standard specifications to be installed by the manufacture/supplier or their authorised representative ensuring compliance to the manufacturer's instruction for installation.

Protection Work Providing and laying pitching on slopes laid over prepared filter media including boulder apron laid dry in front of toe of embankment complete as per drawing and technical specifications A. Stone/Boulder

Providing and laying filter material underneath pitching in slopes as per drawing and technical specifications.

Providing and laying boulders on river bed for protection against scour with stone boulders weighing not less than 40 kg each complete as per drawing and Technical Specification.

Supplying, fitting and fixing RCC guard post 150cm long erected 75cm above the ground and 75cm below the ground with M-15 grade (nominal mix 1:2:4 with broken stone aggregate up to 20mm size) of cement concrete and required reinforcement tied in position with annealed black wire including centering, moulding the top, curing including painting concrete surfaces in 23cm strips upto 0.75m from the top alternately in black and white and having 2 nos. reflective band of desired shade etc.complete as per design and as directed. (b) 15cm dia. RCC guard post with reinforcement of 4 nos. 12mm dia TMT main steel bars and 6mm TMT/MS stirrups at 15cm c/c.
