Brick work with common burnt clay (non modular) bricks of class-150 in foundation and plinth in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand)

12mm cement plaster of mix : 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand)

Construction of granular sub base (GSB) by providing coarse graded material, spreading in uniform layer with mortor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mixin place method with rotovator at OMC and compacting with viberatory roller to achieve the desired density as per clause 401.

Providing and laying of 125micron plastic sheet etc all complete.

Additional of non metallic C.C. surface hardner etc all complete.

Providing and laying in position cement cocrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to the plinth level in 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand (zone-iii) : 3 graded stone aggregate 200 mm nominal size

Disposal of moorum/building rubbish/ malba/ similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste material by mechanical transport including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground for lead upto 10 km for all lifts, complete as per directions of Engineer-in-charge Note - item to be applicable in urban areas having directions for restricted hours for movement/plying of load carrying motor vehicle of 3.5 cum or more.
