Excavation in trenches, not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide and not exceeding 1.5 mtr in depth, in soft/loose soil for foundations etc, or for shaft, wells, cessapits, manhole, pierholes etc not exceeding 10 sqm on plan and getting out complete all as specified.

Material and labour for walling of random rubble, uncoursed, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted in CM 1:6 in retaining wall, abutments and similar works complete all as specified and as direc

Material and labour for raised pointing on stone masonry wall in CM 1:4 including raking out joints in existing stone masonary complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for PCC (1:4:8) type D2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation filling and mass concrete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for PCC (1:2:4) type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs not provided for in Item 04028, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating,complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 (20 mm graded aggregate) as in surface channel and drains, rounded or chamfered on edges even and smooth complete all as specified and directed. complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for plain cement concrete type C-2, 1:3:6 , 75 mm thick ( using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in plinth protection and similar places finished even and smooth complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fix 110 mm bore PVC (SWR) soil, waste and vent pipes single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints, fixed to walls and roof all as directed.

Material & Labour for broken stone or boulders hand packing (any thickness) at back side of walls near weep holes etc. and raising (or lowering) to the required level

Returning filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25cm thick in soft/ loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Forming embankments including raising (or lowering) earth, spreading in layers n exc. 30 cm thick; watering, ramming/rolling and finishing to required size, shape, etc., n exc. 1.5m high from base complete all as specified and directed. Note: Good earth retrieved from item No 1 shall be use for forming embankments against this item.

Forming 12mm thick Expansion joints filled with pre-formed bituminous filler and top 30mm primed and sealed with sealing compound, Grade ‘A’ for 75 mm thick of concrete plinth protection.

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) means over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including getting out and disposal of excavated earth lift upto 3 m as directed and removing excavated material exc. 1.50 km but n exc. 5 km and depositing where directed Note: Earth will be obtained within MD land.

All as per item No 13 above but lift upto 4.5 m

Forming embankments including raising (or lowering) earth, spreading in layers not exceeding 30 cm thick; watering, ramming/rolling and finishing to required size, shape,etc., exceeding 1.5 metre but not exceeding 3.0 metre high from base complete all as specified and directed. Note: Earth will be obtained from item No 13

All as per item No 13 above but exceeding 3.0 m but not exceeding 4.5 metre high from base.
