Dismantling of existing Brick work/ tile masonry in cement mortar, above 1st storey as per actual site conditions/ requirements, finishing the broken surface to match with the surrounding, removing the debris etc. from site of work to dumping ground/yard - approved by the M.C., Mohali , Including cutting the reinforcement if any and cleaning & stacking of dismantled bricks and bats for re-use in new work, complete in all respects as directed by the E-in-C.

Dismantling of existing Unitile brick tiles from façade of building including required scaffolding, removal of debris above 1st storey and disposal of same within site campus and cleaing of surface complete in all respects as directed by the E-in-C.

Providing re-barring treatment (Chemical Anchoring, Make Hiltie) of desired dia in RCC with required hole size and depth as per CSR specifications with 10ml injectable mortar epoxy adhesive ( Hybrid urethane methacrylate adhesive ) rebarring chemical complete in all respect as directed by E-in-C.

a) For 10mm dia steel reinforcement bars.

Earth work in excavation for storage tanks, clear water reservoirs, pump houses, sumps, screening chambers and other similar works having straight or open cuttings in foundations trenches etc. With 3D Excavator/ JCB including manually dressing of bed, trimming of sides and side slopes to full dimension and depth as shown on the drawings or as shall be required by Engineer-in-charge, including dressing of bottom and sides of trenches, stacking the excavated soil clear from the excavation and subsequent filling around plinth/structures including watering dressing and disposal of surplus soils as directed upto 3rd chain complete in all respect.

Water proofing of roof terraces, Basements,Retaining Walls, Water tanks etc with Zydex Zycoprime / Elastobar / Equivalent solution so as to form a water-resistant cementitious bonding coat and to form on-site seamless cross-linked elastomeric membrane on the concrete surface to reduce its porosity. Creating a cementitious elastomeric polymeric membrane of Elastobar and Zycoprime/Equivalent after application of Zycosil & Zycoprime Solution in New Construction. Take equal parts of Elastobar and Cement and form a paste. Add little water to the paste to make it brushable. Apply the paste on surface with brush. Leave the surace for drying for at least 4 - 6 hours to get elastomeric membrane. After this application, make one more layer of rough cementatios membrane using mixture of 1 Part of Zycoprime + 1 Part of Cement + 1 Part of fine sand. Apply paste on the surface with a brush to make a rough texture. Now your surface is ready to bond well with tiles/screed.Complete in all respects as directed by E-in-C.

Providing and laying terracing consiting of tiles 22.86x11.43x3.83cm laid over 25 mm mud plaster 7.5 cm mud filling on another layer of 25mm mud plaster including two coats of bitumen laid hot at 1.65 Kg. /Sqm top of R.C.C. slab including grouting with cement sand mortar 1:4 and top surface to be left clean after wire brushing, complete in all respects as directed by E-in-C.

Providing and fixing 1st quality ceramic glazed wall tiles Matt/Semi Matt/Gloss/Highly gloss/Highlighter/emboss confirming to IS : 15622 600x300 mm (to be got approved before fixing) in skirting, risers of steps, dado walls and pillars fixed over in 12mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement 4 coarse sand) and joint and jointing with grey cement slurry and pointing with white cementmixed with pigment to match the shade complete in all respects as directed by the E-in-C.

Providing and fixing UNI-Brick tiles smooth size 230x60mm, 12mm thick (Red Colour) of Unistone or equivalent, clading on walls, (design/make to got approved before arranging) in specified pattern laid in 12.5 mm thick cement sand mortar 1:3(1 cement and 3 sand) and jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of stone tiles , including rubbing and polishing wherever required complete in all respect as directed by the E-in-C
