Demolition of precast reinforced cement concrete manhole covers set in cement mortar etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for precast reinforced cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate in cover slabs (for manholes etc), shelves and similar articles with plain faces including necessary moulds and setting in cement mortar 1:4 complete (reinforcement to be measured and paid separately) all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of brickwork masonry, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles all as specified and as directed.

Taking down carefully existing bituminous felt including plaster of any thickness and cleaning of the surfaces of roof including flushing and junction parapets kerb walls PCC fillets benching etc with wire brushes and removing of the rubbish to a distance not exc 500mtrs and depositing where directed at alevel not exc 1.5 mtrs above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cutting out cracks to V-section in existing roofs or terracing, cleaing out and filling solidly with a hot mixture of bitumen and clean dry sand in ratio 1:1 (by weight) all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete unreinforced of roofs, floors (other than ground floors), beam, staircases, landing, chajjas and similar suspended work all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 25mm thick (average) PCC, type B-0, 1:2:4 (using 12.5mm graded stone aggregates) mixed with water proofing compound @ 3% by weight of cement or as per manufacturers instructions laid on roof surfaces to maintain slope, finished even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and as directed. Note : Supply only water proofing compound will be measured and paid saperately.

M&L for preparation of new concrete surfaces and applying one coat of polymeric primer @ 0.30 Kg per Sqm, confoming to IS:3384., APP based polymeric membrane, 3mm thick (min), weight not less than 3.5Kg/Sqm, reinforced with polyster non woven fabric (weighing not less 150gms) and applying two coats of aluminium paint @ 0.11 lit/Sqm all as specified and as directed. Note : Application of polymeric membrane shall be torch application all as per manufacturer instructions

Supply only integral water proofing compound, ISI mark all as specified and as directed.

M & L for preparing surfaces thoroughly by cleaning, washing and removing dust, dirt, oil, grease and loose particles and fill fine crack up to 1 mm with Dr.Fixit roofseal top coat directly by brush or roller after cleaning the cracks stir well prior to application. all joints/corners/drainage outlets and penetration points shall be treated prior to all application of two coat of Dr.Fixit Roofseal Top Coat. all corners, gaps, joints, protrusions and outlets should be coated with an extra coat incorporating reinforcing fabric. Dr.Fixit Roof Seal Coat may be applied by roller,brush. Apply a coat of Dr.Fixit Roof Seal Coat (diluted with water in ratio 2:1) as self priming 9-10 Sq.mtr/Litre. Allow coating to dry for 3-4 hours prior to applying first coat and second coat. Apply two coats of Dr.Fixit Roof Seal Coat @ 2 -2.2 Sq mtr /litre/coat, without water dilution,the rate of application being the same for both the coats. This would ensure correct consumption of material that will deliver a total DFT of 450=500 micron. Allow the system to air cure for 3 days minimum all as specified and as directed.

Disconnecting existing tanks, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning, etc. and hoisting if required, reconnecting and re-fixing in position exc 250 ltrs but n.exc 500 ltrs capacity. (Cleaning, repairing etc. measured separately) all as specified and as directed.
