GENERAL SUMMARY

Lump sum price worked out by the contractor against Schedule ‘A’ Part- I (BUILDING WORKS) for the following building works:-

(a) Lump sump amount worked out by the contractor for Design, development of structural drawings as per the architectural drawing Nos CWE/ARCH/29(R)/2025 Sheet No. 1/2, CWE/ARCH/29(R)/2025 Sheet No. 2/2 and Construction of Store Room with Toilet facility as per architectural drawings, structural drawing, TD drawings, schedule of finishes & given specifications built in permanent specification with RCC frames construction including ATT, WPT mosquito proofing with kota stone flooring, etc complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE:- The structural design and drawing shall be got vetted from any IITs/NITs before execution of work by the contractor.

SCH 'A' Pt - X (MISCELLANEOUS PARTS)

M&L for concealed point wiring for one light or one fan or one exhaust fan controlled by one switch complete with and includidng single core PVC insulated unsheathed flexible conductor FR-LS H cables 1.5 sqmm as per IS 694:2010 ISI marked annealed multistranded copper conductor drawn through and including medium machenical strees PVC conduit as per IS 9537 (Part-III): 1983 of suitable nominal size as required at site dia but not less than 20mm noninal size including modular / non modular type all accessories/fitting / metal flush box / cover plate/junctiion boxes/ inspection cover etc ISI marked and sunk terminal boxes flush galvanised metal boxes suitable for fixing with 1.5 sqmm copper conductor PVC insulated, unsheathed flexible multistaranded copper conductor FR-LSH cable as continious earth wire connected to metalic body at one end and common earth dolly to other end including cost of cutting chase and making good to distrubed surfaces of wall with cement mortor 1: 3 including necessary plaster and poiinting in cement mortor 1:3 with white wash / distemper/ other painting complete all as specifiecd and as directed (Note cost of cutting chase and making good shall be included in the quated rates)

S&F in replacement building security light fitting complete with 30 watt LED type pressure die cast aluminium housing and heat resistant toughened glass with frame protection and better optics for uniform distribution complete fixed bracket made out of GI pipe 32 mm dia (light grade) 1.5 metre long and MS clamp and nut bolts washers and connected with twin core cable 1.5 sqmm from ceiling rose to fittings connector complete all as specified and directed

Constructions of brick masonry valve pit of size 450mmx450mmx450mm (internal dimensions) one brick thick wall in cement mortar (1:4) on 100 mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D2 (using 40mm graded aggregate) as in foundation, 15mm thick rendering internally, externally up to 15 Cms below GL provision of valve pit cover made out of 3mm thick MS plate welded with 40 x 5mm thick F1 frame all round including provision of hinges, handles, locking arrangement, ISA 40 x 40x 5mm frame, fixed on top of valve pit by means of hold fast 150mm long, embedded in PCC 1:2:4 type B1 (Block size 230 x 200 x 100mm) including applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer including preparation of surface, three coats of white wash on plastered surface (exposed to view) and necessary earth work in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

S&Fof 20 mm PVC float valve high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated aluminium rod & hight density plastic ball complete screwed for iron pipe or brass furred and fixed with fittings such as (socket, nipple, union) etc complete all as specified and directed
