Charges for air cleaning and water washing the boiler tube puncture area to facilitate boiler tube rectification works.

Charges for leading, lifting of platform material, arranging scaffolding and platform wherever required in the boiler area for rectification works, dismantling after completion of work and normalizing site.

Charges for identification, rectification of tube puncture up to 10 Joints including Arc filling by spool piece, edge preparation and welding by IBR welder and assisting for hydraulic test. (TIG filler wire will be supplied by board at free of cost)

Charges for renewal of defective boiler tubes of size 44.5mm OD inclusive of transportation, cutting of defective tubes, edge/spool preparation, welding with IBR welder and assisting for hydraulic test.

Assistance for boiler put to wet pressurizing when the unit is in standby condition. This work comprises of assistance for healthyness and inspection of boiler at pressurized condition in boiler Ist pass inter pass IInd pass and economizer hopper area and allied valve operation etc.,

Charges for overhaul of valve of sizes 150/250, 100/250 and 65/250

Charges for overhaul of valve of sizes 250/40,200/40,150/40 & 100/40.

Charges for overhauling of 40 mm to 50 mm valves

Charges for overhauling of 15 mm to 25 mm valves

Charges for overhauling of RH / SH spay control valves by dismantling, inspection, lapping of valve seat and disc, renewal of spiral wound gasket and gland packing etc. cleaning, freeing of all fasteners and renewing if necessary, assembling the valve

Charges for transportation of new/ reconditioned valves from stores to Boiler site, cutting the damaged valve and fixing the new valve in position Valves of size up to 25 mm

Charges for transportation of new/ reconditioned valves from stores to Boiler site, cutting the damaged valve and fixing the new valve in position Valves of size 40 mm to 50 mm

Charges for attending defective / passing safety valves of boiler drum/ steam line by dismantling, inspection, seat lapping, renewal of worn out parts etc.

Charges for attending burner by removal of outer / inner cover plates for repair & renewal of damaged Reach rod assembly/ eroded nozzle welding etc. after completion of work normalizing the Burner.

"Charges for transporting the refractory from stores and unloading at site, leading, lifting, stacking at 7m to 52 m elevation of Boiler and removing the waste refractory from Boiler lowering to the ground flower, loading to tipper and disposing at waste disposal area of TPS."

Charges for chipping removal of old defective refractory, cleaning, surface preparation, mixing the refractory with water application and curing the patch worked refractory in Boiler at various elevation

Charges for transportation of sky climbers ( to & fro ).

Charges for erection of sky climbers and dismantling after completion of works.

Charges for operation of sky climbers as per the requirements to assist various overhauling works such as Boiler cleaning, burner overhaul, tube thickness survey, tube rectification works etc., during the entire overhaul period.

Charges for removal of Pent house side wall skin casing sheets, insulation for an area of 3 m2 and removal of inner wall door 2 m2 by removing bolt and nuts for pent house cooling and carry out repair works in pent house and refixing the same after completion of work.

Charges for removal and refixing the insulation and skin casing sheets to carry out Boiler tubes & fin welding rectification works and reposition the dislodged /damaged insulation and skin casing sheet in Ist & IInd pass Wall tube of Boiler including the charges for transportation of insulation and skin casing sheets and for necessary scaffolding arrangements.
