Providing and making fillet of cement concrete in 1:2:4 in sunken portion, including applying the under mentioned course of sunken treatment complete all as specified and directed:- (a) Surface shall be thoroughly wire brushed, cleaned, washed, dried up properly and apply evenly a bituminous primer cost conforming to IS @ 0.4 ltr/Sqm over concrete / plastered surface. (b) Applying evenly a tack coat of bitumen 85/25 grade @ 1.20 kg/sqm. (c) Laying of 3mm thick APP membrane sheet (min weight 3 kg/sqm) consisting of a core of 160 gms/Sqm polyester non woven fabric mat protected on both side with a high quality polymeric asphaltic mix again protected with thermo fusible HMHDPE FILM on dried primed surface by torch application method. APP membrane will normally be laid in length at right angle to the direction of slope. The overlap shall be minimum 100mm on longitudinal direction and 150mm on the transverse direction including cuttings, grooves etc. (d) Membrane bonded completely to the substrate & the over laps are then scaled / fused by flame complete all as specified and directed

Plain 18mm thick Celuka PVC ply for Shelves/partitions/Drawers and also manufacturer's test report and test certified is mandatory with each and every supply of the material as per directions of Engr-in-Charge, manufacturer's specifications and drawing complete all as specified and directed .

S&F factory made 5mm thick PVC sheet of density 600 kg/cbm manufactured by an ISO-900-2008 certified company. Plain 5mm thick PVC sheet paneling for back side (wall side) and also manufacturer's test report and test certified is mandatory with each and every supply of the material as per directions of Engr-in-Charge, manufacturer's specifications and drawing complete all as specified and directed.

The meter box shall be suitable for accomodating 16 No.s single phase LT electric energy meter in an independent cubicles with fibre glass of suitable size fixed on front side of the cubicles to view the meter readings. The panel shall be suitable to be mounted on wall with suitable fixing arrangement. Each cubicles shall have openings for entry and exit of cables and locking arrangements and re-fixing the existing meter in each cubicles complete all as specified and directed

M&L for earthing complete with GI earth plate electrode 60 cm x 60 cm x 6.3 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 meter deep below normal ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 meter below normal ground level, connected to and including galvanized iron strip 4 mm dia as earth lead by means of GI bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers earth pit surrounded by picked layer of coal dust and 15 mm thick mixture in equal ratio of magnesium sulphate & copper sulphate in all around bottom and top and watering pipe 20mm bore of GI medium grade with funnel all as shown in electrical plate NO 5 of SSR Part I (1991) and connecting to earthing test point, including CI cover, frame and PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in earthing pit with CI cover and framing including necessary earth work etc, complete all as specified and directed. Note :- 1. PCC chamber shall be constructed at least one meter away from building shall be provided in slanting manner. 2. PCC pit cover shall be precast of RCC 1:2:4 type B-I 80 mm thick reinforced with XPM weighting not less than 4 Kg (sqm in lieu of CI)
