Providing and applying fibre reinforced elastomeric liquid waterproofing membrane on concrete roof, after preparation of

surface as required, consisting of applying a self-priming first coat of elastomeric liquid waterproofing membrane diluted with

water in the ratio of 3:1 (3 parts membrane : 1 part water) and two coats of undiluted elastomeric waterproofing liquid (total

three coats), applied at manufacturer’s recommended spread rate to achieve a minimum overall dry film thickness of 500

microns, complete as per manufacturer’s specification and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
