Design, Fabrication, Supply, Erection and Commissioning of Bio­Degradable shredder machine having an output capacity of 4 to 5 tons per 8 hours. The motor for operating machine should have 10 hp, 3 phase 1440 RPM, ISi reputed motor and Input throat size of 550 mm x 350 mm with suitable inclined angle for efficient cutting of Bio-degradable waste, having the rotor fitted OHNS 48 no's, cutting blade with suitable angle matching with 50 HRC grade material mounted on the shaft in turn mounted with ISi standard bearing of heavy duty with balancing to avoid vibration during the cutting Angle action. The bottom side of the cylinder is well designed the vanes of suitable sieves to through the cutting waste effectively at a point for easy way of collection. The switch control gear panel having ISi brand relay on/off push button starter with emergency stopper as per the IE rules and the power transmitter to the machine form motor by love joy coupling arrangements and also including movable arrangements witt:i 3 no's tyres of size 25cm dia and 5cm width fitted with ISi bearing No.6205. The revolving handle arrangements is made with MS Pipe 1 m length and 2.50 cm dia. Delivery unit is fitted with 0.60m height from the ground level as per the standard specification including all cost of materials and Erection charges with required cable etc., as per the direction of the departmental officers.
