M&L for brick work with old size sub class 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan exc. 6 m mean radius, built in cement mortar 1:6 including demolition of old brick work built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar for height upto 12.00 metre from average GL/FFL complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster on brick or stone walls or concrete surfaces etc (any thickness) including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc, including removal of rubbish off the premises, for height upto 12.00 metre from average GL/FFL complete all as specified and as directed

M & L for 10 to 12 mm thick smart care ready mix repair plaster with high quality polymer additives and well graded sand and fillers which can be used for plastering (as per manufacturer's instructions) over interior surface of walls finished even & smooth (without using extra cement) and applying two coats of Oil Bound Distemper of approved shade over a coat of primer over & including 1mm thick wall care putty for height upto 12.00 metre from average GL/FFL complete all as specified and directed Note - Coverage area of smart care ready mix plaster shall be 24-28 Kg/Sqm)

M & L for 10 to 12 mm thick smart care ready mix repair plaster with high quality polymer additives and well graded sand and fillers which can be used for plastering (as per manufacturer's instructions) over exterior surface of walls finished even & smooth (without using extra cement) and applying two or more coats of approved shade 100% premium acrylic emulsion paint (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives, having VOC content less than 50 gm per itre and confirming to IS 15489:2004, possessing UV, alkali, fungal & dirt resistance properties, applied @ 1.43 litre per 10 sqm over and including one coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre per 10 sqm and 1 mm thick weather proof putty for height upto 12.00 metre from average GL/FFL complete all as specified and directed. Note - Coverage area of smart care ready mix plaster shall be 24-28 Kg/Sqm)

M & L for rendering 5 mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 on concrete ceiling surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement, including preparation of surfaces and applying three coats of white wash, for height upto 12.00 metre from average GL/FFL complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for non - skid Ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square / rectangular), area of each tile exceeding 0.18 sqm but not exceeding 0.38 sqm, in floors, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match, over & including 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar 1:6, including dismantling of existing tiles, mortar bedding and rubbish off the premises, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for non - skid Ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/rectangular), area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, in floors, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match, laid over & including 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar 1:6 including dismantling of existing tiles, mortar bedding and rubbish off the premises, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for glazed ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm (i.e. 450 x 300 mm or 600 x 300 mm or as directed by Engineer-in-charge) on vertical surfaces such as dado, skirting, etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles over & including 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 including dismantling of existing tiles, cement mortar bedding and rubbish off the premises, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc. laid, bedded and pointed in any mortar complete all as specified and directed.
