Taking down of ceiling fans / Exhaust fans, sealing cable ends, dismantling blades and removing fan and blades to MES E/M Store ,all as directed by Engr-in- charge. Note:- Taking down U/S ceiling / exhaust fans of any capacity will be deposited in MES store yard.

S&F in repair Ceiling Fan of size 1200mm Sweep, ISI marked, alongwith down rod, maximum air delivery of 215 m3 / Hr, No of blades = 3, fixed to ceiling and connecting up including provision of flexible 3 core copper cable & testing, smooth functioning at site complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. MAKE of Ceiling Fan: Cat Part No Velocity HS of Havells or its equivalent in Orient / Philips as approved by GE. Note :- Taking down U/S ceiling fans of any capacity will be deposited in MES store yard.

S&F of Exhaust Fan 230mm sweep, 1400 RPM metallic body with louvers AC supply, single phase, 230 volts, 50Hz, complete fixing arrangements on the wall with nuts and bolts and making the good surfaces all as specified and directed at site. MAKE of Exhaust Fan : Orient / Havells / Usha as approved by GE. Note:- Taking down U/S Exhaust Fan of any capacity will be deposited in MES store yard.

S&F of Exhaust Fan 300mm sweep, 1400 RPM metallic body with louvers AC supply, single phase, 230 volts, 50Hz, complete fixing arrangements on the wall with nuts and bolts and making the good surfaces all as specified and directed at site. MAKE of Exhaust Fan : Orient / Havells / Usha as approved by GE. Note:- Taking down U/S Exhaust Fan of any capacity will be deposited in MES store yard.

Taking down old UNSV water heater of any type / capacity from site all as directed by Engineer - in - charge.

Supplying , fix , testing and commissioning of storage type water heater (geyser) vertical type of 06 Ltrs capacity , single phase, vertical type, Rust Resistant, ABS made with thermal cut off with power consumption 1500 watts, ISI marked, BEE 5 star rating including fixing on wall with chromium plated screws & nut bolts connected to water loft tank and electric connection complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Make of GEYSER : Racold Pronto Neo or its equivalent in Bajaj / Havells as approved by GE. Note:- (a) Taking down U/S geyser of any capacity will be deposited in MES store yard. (b) Rates for material and labour required to connect geyser with loft tank are deemed to be included in quoted rates by tenderer.

Supply and fix submain wiring in repair with two single core FRLS unsheathed 1100 volts grade cable with stranded copper conductor of size 4 Sqmm in and including PVC casing caping not less than 25mm width, ISI marked including 1 single core cable with stranded copper conductor of size 4 sqmm (green colour) for earthing. Note :- (i) Two runs of 4Sqmm cable, 1 run of PVC casing & caping and 1 run of 4 Sqmm cable shall be measured as 1 RM.
