M&L for Servicing of the window AC 1.5/2 ton capacity of any make, including oiling/greasing the blower motor, cleaning the evaporator condenser coils externally to remove the dust, replacement of defective thimbles etc and re-fixing the air conditioner at its original position by the experienced refrigeration mechanic complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- (i) Any unserviceable items need to be replaced/gas charging etc shall be replaced & paid seperately under respective items. S&F in replacement of old unserviceable indoor unit & out door unit sensor for VRF system 4 x 16 HP & 2 x 18 HP as per existing including testing complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement of old unserviceable including testing of thermostatic expansion valve for 4 x 16 TR & 2 x 18 TR VRF System complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for painting of all metal surfaces of VRF system 2 x 20 HP & 4 X 16 HP including LT Panel for VRF system with spray gun with two coats of synthetic enamel heat resistant paint with matching to existing colour ones over a coat of red oxide primer including preparation of old painted surfaces/removing old faded/rust/ cemented material of surface complete all as specified and directed directed.

Supply installation and testing in replacement of medium static ducted type indoor unit cpacity 1.60 TR with pre filter, fan section with low noise level multi speed fan motor, coil section with DX coil, outer cabinet condensate drain pump, insulation, pipe connection, including necessary control wiring and external electric connection 2.5 sqmm 3 core copper wire with sheetal matal socket complete as per existing complete all as specified and directed .

Note for ser item No. 1 to 160 :- 1. The contractor shall provide and deploy sufficient technician with helpers(as directedd by GE / Engineer-in-charge) and contractor's site supevisor/site engineer shall report at 0900 hrs daily excluding Sunday & holiday to collect the complaints job card & complete the same complaint detailed by JE E/M Engineer-in-charge (with in 48 hrs) 2. The complaints shall be attended with in 48 hrs. If the complaints is/are not attended /not completed on same day (except repair/ replacement of major items like replacement of compressor, cooling coil, condensing coil and fan motor etc.) recovery will be done as follows :- (a) After 48 Hrs, Rs - 1000.00 Per complaint per day. The decision of GE on recovery against penalty shall be final and binding and No representation whatsoever shall be entertained. 3. The technicians for repair of summer appliances can be called during non-working days/hrs (i.e. Sunday, Holidays & after working hrs) for any vital complaint at DRDO area. 4. The contractor has to produce job card duly signed by user & JE E/M to Engineer-in-charge.
