Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5mtrs wide and not exceeding 1.5 mtr deep in hard /dense soil for laying underground cables and post holes all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in including spreading levelling watering and well ramming in layres not exceeding 25 cm thick in hard/ dense soil.

Removing surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 m and depositing at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point.

Supply and spread fine river sand in trenches for cable cushioning on top and bottom of cable as specified.for cable protection Note. Punned thickness shall be measured.

Supplying and laying reinforced precast concrete cable cover, class HV, type 1, flat of size 300 mm X 180 mm X 40 mm all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying & testing cable XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armored, electric power cable heavy duty with stranded aluminum conductor, 11000 volts grade, earthed of size 3 core 95 Sq mm Note : Excavation in trenches, returning filling and removal etc shall be measured separately.

Supply and laying GI tubing light grade 80 mm dia including all accessories fixed along the pole/road crossing and walls for protection of cables all as directed by Engineer -in - Charge

Supply and fix single pole expulsion fuses, 11 KV and upto 25 Amps capacity

Supply and fix switches Air break, Gang operated, triple pole mechanically operated, and steel frame with operating mechanism worked from ground level, for current rating upto 200 Amps.

Supply and fix cable end termination kit for 11 KV grade cable for outdoor type Cold shrinkable type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armored Al conductor cable of size 95 Sq mm.

Supply and fix cable straight through joint kit for 11 KV grade cable of Heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armored Al conductor cable of size 95 Sq mm.

Dismantling old and unserviceable ACSR any description of size conductor including disconnecting from the poles and depositing where directed.

Dismantling of insulators any type, any size and make complete

Dismantling cross-arms of MS channel or angle sections etc complete and setting aside for re-use or credit to contractor.

Dismantling of Concrete Poles/Struts, any size

M&L for mild steel section for Cross arms, fencing post/bracing, supports, clamps and back plates etc fabricated including nuts bolts, washers, welding bending cold or hot drilling holes in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive two coats of Aluminum paint over a coat of anti corrosive red oxide zinc chrome primer including dismantling of corroded cross arms of any description from poles and depositing where directed.

Material and labour for earthing complete with GI plate electrode 600x600x6mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25m deep below ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5m below ground level connected to GI earthstrip 32x6 by means of bolts, nuts, washers of galvanized all as shown in electrical plate No.3 of SSR Part-I SSR Part-I including necessary excavation and earth work. PCC 1:3:6 type C1 chamber, RCC cover in 50mm thick 1:2:4 type B1 with 8mm CTD 140mm centre to centre with suitable handle, watering pipe 20mm dia light grade pipe with funnel, charcoal salt connected to earthing test point all as specified including testing and commissioning on completion Note: The rate is deemed to be inclusive of the cost of earth work, excavation on any type soil and removal of surplus soil to a distance of 50 Mtrs, PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 for earth pit cover 6 Nos 6 mm dia CTD bar on both direction, earth lead protection GI pipe medium grade with suitable size from earth plate electrode to main switch board copper strip beyond 7.50M will be measured and paid separately

S & F GI earth strip 32 x 6 mm size along with fixing arrangement to existing damaged earth conductor and connected with equipments and testing complete including taking out and making good the disturbed surface all as specified and directed.
