Taking down cement plaster, any description on brick or stone or cement concrete walls including raking out joints, hacking for key, removing all type of vegetation (like peeple tree etc) scrubbing down with water complete, all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Removing all loose scale and corrosion deposits of the exposed corroded steel including surface preparation. Corroded steel should be cleaned all around including the back of exposed steel bars and removing all the loose concrete around the reinforcement with the clearance / gap between steel & concrete as recommended by the manufacturer, then applying rust remover with brush by complete wetting the rusted material surface by rust remover & leaving for 24 Hrs and thereafter surface preparation of coated bars and applying 2nd coat of the rust remover & leaving the same for the specific period as per manufacturers instructions and further again preparing and cleaning the steel surfaces for treatment, complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-In-Charge. Make : Sika Rustoff 100/fosroc Rebacklens/BASF Emaco S420 .

CORROSION RESISTANCE COATING : M&L for applying passivator/anti corrosion coating to the prepared reinforcement steel surfaces of items No-2 above. The material shall be cement base polymer modified coating for corrosion protection and shall be applied as per manufacturer instructions. Make Sika Armatec 108/Fosroc Nito cote AP-35/equivalent in BASF.

EPOXY BONDING AGENT Preparation of old RCC /concrete surface and applying a coat of (two components solvent free) epoxy bonding agent using brush after cleaning of surface from all dust or laitance all as per manufacturer instructions and as directed by Engr-In-Charge. Make :Sika Sikadur 32LP/Fosroc Nitobond EP/ equivalent in BASF/ STP. Note : The new concrete surface shall be placed within the open time as specified by the manufacturer to ensure maximum bonding.

PATCH WORK FOR INSUFFICIENT CONCRETE COVER OR SOFFIT AREA OF CONCRETE. Providing and applying ready to use single component high strength polymer modified cementious repair mortar 25 mm thick with water / powder ratio as specified by manufacturer so as to achieve the following parameters:- . 28 days Compressive Strength >=50N/mm2 Flexural strength at 28 days >= 5 N/mm2 Make :- Sikatop 122HS/Fosroc Nito mortars /or equivalent in BASF

CURING COMPOUND. M&L for applying high efficiency water based film forming curing compound over the fresh concrete /cementious surface to form a continuous non-penetrating coating providing a barrier to moisture loss ensuring more efficient cement hydration improved durability and reduced shrinkage. The compound shall be applied by sprayer only as per manufacturer instructions to ensure complete and proper coverage. Pump pressure should be maintained to give an even fine spray and finish as per the manufacturer's specification. Make :- Fosroc Concure WB/Sika Antisol EWP or equivalent in FOSROC/BASF.

Note for item No 02 to 06 :- The rate quoted under the items shall include for the following :- (a) Work shall be executed only through authorised applicator of the manufacturer. (b) All scaffolding work and safety measures such as provision of props and supports shall be of steel and extent of the provision shall be to the entire satisfaction of GE. (c) Mode of measurement for item No 2 and 3 : For the purpose of the measurement of these items the surface area of the patch of the concrete considered for repair shall be taken. (d) Note : for item No 4 : Testing of cube strength of micro concrete and polymer modified cementious mortar shall be independently carried out as per manufacturer instructions and record shall be maintained. (e) After obtaining approval of the make of the products the contractor shall give a letter from the manufacturer regarding the details of the agency and the name of person to be deployed for carrying out repair & supervision of the work. (f) The T&P shall be strictly as per manufacturer instructions.

Note for item No 02 to 06 (Contd...):- (g) Necessary jacks shall be erected to support various floors before exposing columns/beams for repair & it shall also be ensured that no damage is made to the existing structure during the repair process & all safely norms shall be followed. (h) Contractor shall furnish a written gaurantee for structural repairs carried out under the above Srl items No 02 to 06 for a period of five years. An amount to a tune of 5% of total amount quoted against item No - 02 to 06 (structural repair work) or Rs. 50,000.00 which ever is less shall be held back from the contractor's payment as security deposit against the guarantee period of 5 years from the certified date of completion which shall be refunded to him after expiry of this period. Alternatively contractor may give interest bearing deposit in favour of GE for five year for the sum above which will be refund back after succesful completion of gaurantee period. (j) Close vigil & promptness on the progress & joint measurement has to be ensured & photographic evidence in soft copy for complete repair process for each structural member shall be taken & handed over to GE for record. (j) Site for applicaion is at various locations and height varies up to 15 M.

15mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:6, finish surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

5mm thick rendering on brick or concrete surfaces as in ceiling in cement mortar 1:3, and finish the surface even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

15 mm thick rendering in two layer (10mm + 5mm) on fair faces of brick /concrete on wall including facia chhajja etc.surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 and finished even and smooth without using extra cement including mixing Liquid water proofing compund in the proportion as mentioned in manufacturer's instructions complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note : Water proofing compund to be measured and paid for separately as supply only.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Non skid, coloured ceramic jointfree/rectified tiles 8 to 9mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm in floors etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match over and including 10 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar 1:4, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Glazed coloured ceramic jointfree/rectified tiles 300x450mm and 6 to 7mm thick in vertical surfaces like dado/skirting, etc., set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match over and including 10 mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick/concrete surfaces works in cement mortar 1:3, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Vitrified tiles (light shade) of 10mm thick coloured (area of each tile not exceeding 0.36 sqm) as in floors jointed in cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the existing surfaces over and including 15 mm thick screed bedding/ backing layer in CM 1:4, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

All as per serial item No. 15 here in before but on vertical surfaces as in skirting/dado over and including 10 mm thick screed bedding/ backing layer in CM 1:3, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

25 mm thick, Plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-0 using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregates as in sub base for laying floor finishes including finishing the surfaces even and rough without using extra cement, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Demolition of Cement Concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Roughening surfaces of old concrete surfaces by picking up, sweeping, cleaning and washing down with water to remove dust etc including taking down tarfelt and brushing neat cement slurry @ 3 kg/Sqm including 15 mm thick screeding in CM (1:4) finished even and smooth mixed with water proofing compound (WPC shall be measured and paid separately).Applying a coat of hot blown bitumen 85/25 @ 1.20 kg/Sqm over a coat of bitumen primer @ 0.30 litre/Sqm and there after laying of layer of APP based polymeric membrane (five layered polyethylene film) minimum weighing 3 kg/Sqm and reinforced with polyster non woven fabric (weight not less than 150 gms/Sqm) laid on bituminous surface by press application method with 75 mm side overlap and 100 mm end overlap. The membrane has to be laid with LPG torch application and overlaps sealed and finished neat and applying one coat of bitumen 85/25 grade on top surface @ 1.20 kg/Sqm dusted over bitumen, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in- Charge.

Applying two coats of aluminium paint on roof complete all as specified & directed by the Engr -in-Charge.

Demolition of Brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stone-work and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Brick work with old size sub class 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Hacking out old broken glass (any thickness, size, quality or description) from from metal frame including punching or drilling out old glazing pins/spring clips and providing and fixing new ones omplete all as specified..

4 mm thick sheet glass ordinary quality and glazing with oil putty or wooden beads in squares not exceeding 0.50 Sqm in each pane complete all as specified.

4 mm thick figured glass (frosted) ,pin head type and glazing with oil putty not exc 0.50 Sqm in each pane fixing to window/ventilator complete all as specified and as directed.

Vitreous china water closet, 'Orrisa pattern, including lime concrete bedding, size 580 x 440 mm white with integral foot rests excluding flushing cistern and flush pipe but including connection to trap, anti syphonage pipe etc. complete fixed in repairs, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note: Supply and fixing of flushing cistern, flush pipe, P/S trap including taking down (as the case may be) if required, shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item.

Vitreous China wash down water closet pan and seat cover (pedestal pattern), white (excluding fixing bolts, flushing cistern and flush pipe) including P or S trap and including plastic water closet seat, black, closed pattern with flat bottom and cover and mild steel chromium plated or aluminium hinging device, including connection to drain pipe (or out going pipe) and to flushing pipe, antisyphonage pipe, etc. including cast iron 'P' or 'S' trap for 100mm bore of pipe, fixed in repairs complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

10 ltr capacity PVC valveless, symphonic action type, flushing cistern, low level, white, with inlet, ball valve, float and handle including brackets with twin flush provision, fixed in repairs, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. MAKE: Cera Model Combiflush twin flush as per Cat Part No. 2603 or equivalent in performance of makes as specified in PS.

Grating square 150 mm size of PTMT (Minimum weight 100gms), with waste hole, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling PVC pipes , with all sizes taking out from trenches or fixed to wall complete all as specified.

110mm bore, PVC (SWR) pipes, pressure rating 4 kg/sqcm, single or double socketed, in any length with rubber ring joints, laid in trenches or in floors, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in- Charge.

110 mm bore PVC SWR bends and fixed solvent etc complete all specified and as Directed (ISI Marked)

Stack clamps made out of 50 x 5 mm flat iron and 16 mm dia round iron stays, including bolts and nuts and securing ends of stays to wall or roof for 100 mm bore pipe, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Water proofing treatment to the sunken portion with removing of exiting treatment including WC & P/S trap and cleaning with wire brush , one coat of bitumen @ 1.7 Kg per sqm , 15mm th plaster in CM 1:4 on all sides incl mixing water proofing powder , one 450mm long 32 mm dia spout, provn of lime conctere for filling, completed and specified and directed by Engr-in-charge .

Salt-glazed stoneware gully traps, size 150 x 150 mm, square or round mouthed, type 'P', including setting and jointing to drains with cement mortar 1:1, fixed in repairs, including demolition of old unserviceable gully traps complete all as specified (ISI Marks).

75mm Cast iron floor traps with grating including jointing to waste pipe fixed cncrete type B1 (1:2:4). complete all as specified and as directed.(ISI Mark)

S&F Viterous china wash basin, white flat back size 550 x 400mm including waste coupling CP 32mm dia chain and plug and porcelan stopper and CI brackets of iron 65 x 65 x 6mm embedded in PCC block with PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 and PVC waste pipe 32mm dia & CP getting with holes, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Description all as Srl item No 39 above but removal of existing treatment including preparation of old plastered surfaces of wall.

Applying two coat of cement base paint over a coat of alkali resistant primer paint including preparation of newly plastered surfaces of wall, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.
