Supply , installing, testing and commissioning of outdoor type step down transformer 11000/433 volts (at no load), AC , 3 phase 50 Hz , copper wound type complete with standard fittings, 11 KV 3 phase , LT 433 volts, 3 phase 4 wire with off load tappings on HT side to vary secondary voltage within limit, all as per IS: 1180 (with latest amendments) of capactiy 315 kVA.core type copper wound,oil immersed, naturally cooled, oil nature,air nature(ONAN) with external cooling tubes/fins delta connected on primary side (HV) and star connected on secondary side(LV) in accordance with vector symbol DYN-11(Vector group)with neutral brought out on secondary side (LV side ) and having tapping at +5% to -10% in steps of 2.5% side to be changed by means of hand operated off load tap changer gear. the maximum temparature rise should not exceed 40 degree celsius in oil and 45 degree celsius in HV/LV winding when measured by resistance method after continuous full load run on an ambient temparature of 40 degree celsius. Provision of transformer plinth of size 2.5 x 2.5 x 1.5 mtrs complete with fencing PCC foundation, RCC Slab and gravel filling all around all as shown TD-251 Sheet 1/1.

PCC 1:2:4, type B-1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in holdfast and like inlcluding weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5m in depth for laying of pipe, cable, foundation of electric pole etc and getting out in soft/loose soil, complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing surplus soil to a distance not exc. 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 Mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L sand cushioning (dry sand) to underground cable for cable protection 23 cm thick in two layers (8 cm thick before laying of cables and 15 cm thick after laying the cable and punning down the sand to 18 cm thickness) complete all as specified and as directed. (Note:- Punned thickness 18 cm of sand shall be measured for payment purposes)

S&F in replacement MS tube light grade galvanised of size 80mm dia with all fittings and laid in trenches / under roads/ under floors/ fixing on poles and walls with clamps complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No 16 above , but of size 100 mm dia.

Supplying and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover , class LV, Type 1, flat of size 250 mm x 150 mm x 40 mm for cable protection, confirming to IS : 5820-1970 and having minimum average load breaking strength 200 Kg/Sqcm complete all as specified.
