Providing and fixing 0.60mm (zero point six zero millimetre) thick prepainted steel sheets in roofing with hot dipped metallic zinc coated sheet with top coat of regular modified polyster (RMP) organic coating of 20 micron (twenty micron) over 5 microns (five micron) primer coating and back coat of polyster of 5 microns (five micron) over 5 microns (five micron) primer coating of TATA / SAIL/ RELIANCE/ ZINDAL STEEL including fixing with prepainted iron J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 6mm (six millimetre) dia metre with prepainted limpet washers complete with all accesories as required including all taxes, GST ,carriage of material within all leads and lifts and as per specification or as per the direction of the engineer-in-chief and other incidentals.

Steel work welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a primming coat of red lead paint in trusses and trusses purlins in building as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental. Providing and fixing 2nd class deodar wood. fly proof galvanised M.S. wire gauge of gauge designation 85 g with wire of dia 0.56 mm (point five six millimetre )to windows and clerestory windows including 60x20 mm( sixty into twenty millimetre ) beading as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental. Distempering two coats with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture and of required shade on un-decorated wall surfaces to give an even shade over and including a priming coat with distemper primer of approved brand and manufacture after thoroughly brushing the surface free from mortar dropping and other foreign matter and including preparing the surface even and sand papered smooth as per the directions of the Engineer-in-charge including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental. Providing and fixing PTMT coloured/ white high density polythene / poly prolylene 10 litre (ten litre) capacity low level P.V.C. flushing cistern with a pair of C.I. or M.S. brackets complete with fitting such as lead valve syphon, 15mm (fifteen millimetre) dia PVC wall valeve , coupling for connection with inlet, outlet and overflow pipes 40mm (forty millimetre) dia C.P. flush bend including cutting holes and making good the same (overflow pipe to be measured and paid for separately) as per the directions of the Engineer-in-charge.
