Dismantling brick/ concrete tiles any size incl demolition of mud Phuska in roofs any thickness and in any position and leaping over roof terrace ,removing the demolished material to a distance exc 250 m & n exc 500 m and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5 m above starting point, etc incl existing roof treatment of any thickness, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-0, using 12.5 mm graded crushed stone aggregate for roof padding, coping , roof kerb mixed with and including SBR polymer as per manufacturer's instructions all around periphery of the wall complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15 mm thick in CM 1:3 rendering on fair faces of concrete surfaces /roof top mixed with liquid water proofing compound finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Liquid WPC shall be measured and paid separately

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of roof including cleaning the surfaces by using wire brush/ pressure hose and applying high performance polyurethene liquid membrane waterproofing coating in two coats @ 1.5 Kg/Sqm/ 2 coats with spray/ brush applied, with an elongation of 300% to 700% and tensile strength of not less than 3 N/Sqmm as per ASTM D412 and ASTM D2370, crack bridging ability of 3.5mm as per ASTM C1305, shore a hardness of not less than 60 as per ASTM D2240. The item includes applying epoxy primer @ 0.15Kg/Sqm and a geotextile of 40 GSM to be applied over first coat while first coat is still wet, complete as per manufacturer's instructions complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (i) The contractor shall submit a guarantee of 10 years the date of completion of work for waterproofing treatment alongwith manufacturer's guarantee. The amount of Rs. 40 (Rupees Forty) per Sqm and min of Rs. 4000/- for waterproofing treatment shall be withheld from contractor's in the final bill till the expiry of guarantee period. The contractor at his own option may furnish fixed deposit receipt pledged in favour of GE against guarantee money. (ii). The water proofing shall be carried out by authorized applicator of manufacturer. The name of applicator shall be got approved from GE before commencement of work. (iii) Materials shall be procured from manufacturer/authorized dealer only and original purchase voucher for the full quantity of material shall be procured by the contractor.

Supply only Integral crystalling Liquid water proofing compound of approved make, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Treatment to sunken floor and sides as mentioned here after:- (i) Cleaning the sunken floor surfaces with demolition and removing existing pcc ,lime conc ,muddy soil etc including taking down existing treatment to sides and base slab by using sand blasting with compressed air. (ii) M&L for application of a coat to sides and base of sunken with glass fibre reinforced acrylic modified cementitious coating system with base coat of Sika Top & Seal -107 @ 1.50 Kg/Sqm glass fibre reinforcement Sika Fab-I and top coat with Sika Seal-107@ 1.50 Kg/Sqm or equivalent of Forsoc or pidilite. (iii) M&L for 15 mm thick cement plaster on side and base slab of sunken part in cement mortar 1:3 mixed with appropriate integral water proofing compound with Sika Plastocree plus as specified. (iv) M&L for applying evenly a tack coat of industrial bitumen 85/25 @ 1.20 Kg/Sqm on plastered surface of sunken sides & base.Note:All debris obtained from site will be thrown away out side Def Land by contractor at his own expense. (v) S&F 25 mm bore GI tube medium grade pipe spout from inside up to min 150 mm beyond outer face of the wall.

M&L for Cement concrete 1:5:10 type E2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in sunken part of slab, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 25 mm thick cement concrete levelling course of type B-0 (1:2:4) finished even & fair, complete all as specified and directed

Dismantling, floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Non - skid Ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick area of each tile exceeding 0.18 sqm but not exceeding 0.38 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match with & including 15 mm thick screed bedding in cement mortar (1:4), complete all as specified and as directed.
