Note:- Removal of following existing unserviceable steel/wooden components of various MES furniture items or similar items carefully without disturbing the adjoining parts and S&F new components in lieu of dismantled components including tightening the joints, pinning, screwing nailing,welding, glueing, providing hinges,applying putty to level the surface, placing every part in-tact and painting the disturbed portion & painting steel surface with two coats of synthetic enamel paint of existing shade with spray gun & apply red oxide primer where ever required after properly smoothening the surface with sand paper. Top shall be 18 mm thick exterior grade pre-laminated Particle board one side laminated as per existing shade or as approved by BSO/GE, duly covered with 4 mm thick teak wood beading in matching shade with synthetic adhesive(Fevicol SH). Make of Particle board : Century/Archid /Green/Actiontesa.All kind of work will be executed where the furniture exist in different User Units of GE(Central) including BSO's Furniture Yard at Fort William and BMC, and office hours only as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.(Note applicable for item Srl No-1.01 to 7.03).

Conversion of charpoy GI pipe comprising of following FD-220:- Taking out existing unserviceable plastic newar from the charpoy GI pipe., tighten the each part of charpoy, Supply and fixing of 02 Nos flat Iron of size 40mm x 6mm/GI Tubing 25mm (1") Make : Jindal/Tata duly painted in black colour of length equal to width of plywood/GI charpoy and fix it tightly to GI Charpoy with nut bolt including necessary drilling into GI Pipe/flat Iron Strip. Drilling holes 03 Nos in each long rails,02 nos in each short rails & 02 nos on GI Pipe/flat iron strip at both side .Supply and fixing 12mm thick BWP grade plywood of size 1980 x 900mm fixed to GI pipe frame with GI Nut, bolts 6mm dia 60 to 65mm long. Make of plywood- Archidply/Centuryply/Greenply.

Taking out old broken end long rail from three way elbow by unscrewing and replacing with new long rails of GI pipe 32mm bore Med grade duly threaded both end to the required size fitted to the frame complete all as specified and directed by Engineer -in- charge. Make of Pipe : JINDAL, Tata, Prakash Surya.

Taking out old broken end short rail from three way elbow by unscrewing and replacing with short rail of GI pipe made out of long rail retrieved wide Item serial No-1.02 here-in-before duly thread both ends to require size fitted to the frame complete all as specified and directed by Engineer -in- charge.

Taking out old broken end short rail from three way elbow by unscrewing and replacing with new short rails of GI pipe 32mm bore Med grade duly threaded both end to the required size fitted to the frame complete all as specified and directed by Engineer -in- charge. Make of Pipe : JINDAL, TATA, Prakash Surya.

Taking out old broken end leg from three way elbow by unscrewing and replacing with legs of GI pipe made out of short trail retrieved vide Item serial No-03, 04 here-in-before; duly threaded both ends to required size fitted to the frame complete all as specified and directed by Engineer -in- charge.

Taking out old unserviceable/broken three way elbow from GI pipe by unscrewing and replacing with new three way elbow GI 32 mm bore/dia ISI marked and complete all as specified and directed by Engineer -in- charge. Make of Elbow Unik/NVR/MIC.

Taking out old unserviceable/broken GI check nut from the frame by unscrewing and replacing with new check nut GI 32 mm bore/dia as per sample kept in BSO office and complete all as specified and directed by Engineer -in- charge. Make of Elbow Unik/NVR/MIC.

M&L for french polish with high gloss finish in light walnut shade after properly cleaned and smoothened the surface by scratching the entire wooden pallets, filling putty to the bore holes where ever required.

Removing the existing unserviceable cane plastic from the chair and Recanning the chairs by true Godrej pattern with plastic cane 2mm to 2.5mm wide, white colour, quality as approved by GE all as specified and as shown on drgs.

Charpoy MS FD : CWE/1/F/04 : Removing of old worn out/unserviceable ply top of Charpoy MS and S&F 12mm thick BWR grade plywood of size 1980 x 900 x 12mm securing with 8mm dia round head counter sunk bolts and nuts with washer as per existing shape and size complete all as directed by the Engr-in-Charge Make - Green ply/Century)

Welding to broken joints of Charpoy MS and grinded for even and smooth gas welding complete all as directed by the Engr-in-Charge Note : Welding of each broken joints shall be counted as one points.

M&Lpreparing old steel or iron surface of any description over 10cm width or girth of Charpoy MS and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint (First quality) OG/Gray paint before fixing the ply hard top complete all as directed by the Engr- in -Charge.

Sofa set 5 seater (3+1+1 with cushion) FD-281 :- Taking out old pressed/ torn old cushions from Nos set and supply 40 density thick foam cushion of size 21" x 22" x 4" duly fixed with the GM fabric as approved by GE. Cushion cover with marking cloth shall be provided with good quality zip stitched on one edgeof cushion cover with standard fitting (Make of Cushion- Kurlon Gold line).

Taking out old torn faded cushion cover from old cushions and S&F new cushion cover with marking cloth to the existing cushion. The cover of the cushion shall be GM fabric as approved by GE. Cushion cover shall be provided with good quality zip stitched on one edge of cushion cover with standard fitting.

Chair revolving cushioned with arm all type:- Replacement of pedestal assembly of chairs revolving same as shown on drgs /existing in chair.

Replacement of hydraulic hieght adjustment base assembly of chairs revolving same as shown on drgs /existing in chair.

Replacement of new arms with polyurethane reinforced with MS insert arms as shown on drgs /existing in chair.

Removing the old torn/damaged tapestry cloth/rexine from the seat of the chair and providing the same with tapestry/rexine over a layer of foam(75mm thick,40 density) as shown on drgs /existing in chair. Colour 7 shade of cloth/Rexine as approved by BSO/GE.

S&F Key board trey of size 500 x 465mm thick make out of 18mm Pre-laminated particle board exterior grade for telescopic channel as per drawing including replacment of old one. Complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F drawer of table computer made out of 18mm pre-laminated particle board exterior grade for telescopic channel as per drawing with repalcement of old one. Complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F telescopic channel as per drawing with repalcement of old one. Complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F nylon buffers of table computer according to shape and size as per drawing with replacement of old one. Complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for scrubbing and derusting and applying one coat of primer and over it two coat of synthetic enamel paint (spray painting) for table computer frame incl preparation of surface all as directed.

TV Trolly (FD/E6/MAP/04) : S&F top of TV trolly made out of 18mm thick pre-laminated particle board exterior grade both side natural teak face including PVC edging all round as per specification and drawing and providing 1 No 50mm dia round hole on to for cable entry including teaking down old one complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 5mm thick glass shutter with magnatic catchers tv trolly including replacement of old one complete all as specified all as specified and as directed.

S&F Caster wheel for tv trolly as per drawing and specifications including replacement of old one complete all as specified and as directed.
