Steel work in built up tubular trusses including cutting , hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer , welded and bolted including special shaped easgers , cost of all materials, all labour charges, welding charges , scaffoldings charges, minor tools , transportation charges , GST , labour welfare cess etc, complete.

Two coats of old work painting with synthetic enamel colour paint Ist quality of approved brand by EIC over steel surface, prepration of surface including cleaning, scraping of the existing painted surface, cost of paint, brush, scaffolding arrangements, transportation charges of all materials to worksite all labour charges, minor tools, including of GST, LWC, etc, complete.

Earth work Excavation in foundation trenches in saturated soil for column and plinth etc, in all type of soil with a lead up to 100 mtr and lift up to 1.5 mtr including stacking the excavted earth not more than 3 mtr from the edge of excavation and then returning the stacked soil in 15 cm layers when required in plinths and sides of the foundation, etc, including cost of all labour charges, minor tools, GST,LWC etc, complete.

Supplying and filling in plinth with Quarry dust under floors including, watering , rammimg consolidating and dressing including quarry dust, cost of transportation charges of all material to work site, all labour charges, GST, LWC, minnor tools etc, complete.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:3:6 (one cement, three mainland river sand and six stone metal of 40mm size of local quarry) for below footing, plinth beam, etc as directed by the EIC, including cost of nominal centering & shuttering charges, cost of cement, mainland river sand, stone metal, screening & washing of both the aggregate, mixing, placing, curing, GST,LWC,etc,complete.

Providng and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering, including cost of cement, stone aggregates, pulverised sand, all labour charges, cost of minor tools, transportation charges, GST, LWC, etc, complete All work up to plinth level. 1:2:4 (1 cement, 2 pulverised sand and 4 graded stone aggregates 20 mm nominal size).
