12 mm thick plaster with 1 part of cement and 3 part ofcoarse sand over brick work including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of work. (Chap. 13, S.No. 583)

Providing and laying vitrified floor tiles (BELL/Kajaria/Somani or other standred make) in different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absoption's less than 0.08% and conforming to IS:15622 of approved make in all colours and shades , laid on 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:4(1 cement : 4 coarse sand) including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc, complete. size of tile 60X60 cm (Chap. 14, New Item, S.no. 5)

Distempring 2 coat with oil bound distemper of approved brand and manufacture and required shade on undecorated wall surface to with an even shade over and including a primer coat with cement primer of approved brand and manufacture such as of British, 'Shalimar asian paint after throughtly brushing the surface free from mortar droppings and other froeign matter and also including preparing the surface even and sand prepared smooth including cost of all materials. but for every coat on previous old distempered surface. (Chap. 15, S.No. 651)
