Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering. All works up to plinth level in M-7.5(1:4:8) grade, with 40mm nominal size of aggregates. Crushed

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centring and shuttering- all works upto plinth level 1:3:6(1 cement 3 coarse sand 6 graded stone agg. 20 mm nominal size) crushed

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete excluding the cost of centering. shuttering, finishing and reinforcement-All work upto plinth level 1:1.5:3 (1 cement: 1.5 coarse sand: 3 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size)

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade of reinforced cement concrete, excluding the cost of centering and shuttering. in 1:1.5:3 (1 cement:1.5 coarse sand: 3 graded stone aggreate 20mm nominal size in suspended floors, balconies,landings and staircase having upto 15 degree slope excluding cost of centering and shuttering.All work upto floor V level.

Reinforcement for RCC work including straightening cutting,bending,placing in position & binding all complete with TMT bars.

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S (non modular) bricks of class designation 75 in foundation and plinth cement mortor 1:6 (1 cement 6 coarse sand and extra for brick work in super structure above plinth level up floor 5 level (by manual means)

Reinforced cement concrete work in walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses, fillets, columns, pillars, piers, abutments, posts and struts upto floor five level including curing but excluding cost of centering shuttering, finishing and reinforcement 1:1½:3 (1 cement : 1½ coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Structural steel work welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete. Angle 40x40x6mm

Centring and Shuttering including strutting, propping etc and removal of form work for foundation , footings , basis of columns etc. for mass concrete.
