Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 15mm thick plastering in cement mortar 1:3 on the faces of brick work or concrete surfaces without using extra cement and mixed with liquid water proofing compound in vertical and bottom surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate mixed with water proofing compound as per manufactures instruction on bottom up sunken portion with proper slope towards spout/spouts. Complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for bitumen blown any grade, applied hot, two coats, to concrete surfaces at the rate of 1.5 Kg per sq m per coat and applying polythene film black, 50 micron laid in floors complete over sunken floor slab and embedded in side wall / covered fillet complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:5:10 type E-2 as in foundation, sub base of floor and mass concrete using 40 mm graded stone aggregate.

S&F in repair vitreous china squatting pan Orissa pattern size 580 x 440mm with integral foot rest including 'P' or 'S' complete and all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair 10Ltr capacity low level PVC valveless syphonic action type flushing cistern , ball valves float valves & handle including brackets of 10 litre capacity complete all as specified and as directed

S&F in repair 15 mm dia bore PVC connections with PTMT nuts of length 450 mm long complete all as specified and as directed

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster on brick wall, ceiling incl. Raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L 15mm thick plaster in CM 1:6 on fair surfaces of walls finished even and smooth w/o using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15mm thick plastering in CM 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface (at any height of building) including necessary scaffolding finished even and smooth w/o using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of wall over a coat of primer on surface and applying two coats of oil bound distemper complete all as specified and directed.

M&L preparation new plastered surfaces of wall and providing two coat of cement base paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 75 mm thick, PCC 1:4:8 Type D-2 as in sub-base of floor (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L glazed colour ceramic tiles in vertical surface 450x300x7mm/600x300x7mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over 10mm thick cement plaster in CM 1:4 complete all as specified & directed.

M & L for Non-skid Ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick ( square /Rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exc 0.18 sqm in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured in white or coloured cement to match with tile laid over and including screed bed or bedding layer of 15 mm thick in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in post holes (or similar holes) each n exc 0.5 cum getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth and removing surplus soil to a distance n.exc 50 m in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 , type C-2, using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

S&F MS hand rails, half round or other stock section or core for wooden hand rail, straight portion drilled and countersunk for balusters, running bars, door frame, balusters, nosing to steps including embedding in concrete land screwing etc frame of wire mesh wind tiles for roof including securing bolts, posts, struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed drilling holes, notching for wire etc, flat iron, fillets(for securing wire mesh etc including all necessary drilling bolting welding or riveting etc and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F expanded metal welded steel wire fabric, made of GI hard drawn wire mesh of size 25mmX25mm, plain steel wire with hot Zinc coating , fixed to MS frame work complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling post or struts(wood, steel or RCC) any section including taking out embedded portion from natural ground and making good the disturbed ground complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge

Dismantling expanded metal any thickness or mesh, fixed with steel or wooden fillets, if any wt n.exc 4Kg/Sqm complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only chain link fencing incl line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts etc including provn of binding wire complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces over 10 cm width or girth applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified & directed.

Taking up or down steel tubing and connection 15 mm bore and removing the same from site/keeping aside for reuse complete all as specified and directed.

All as per srl item No 31 but 20 mm bore complete all as specified and directed.

S & F water tubing 15 mm bore, medium weight, ISI marked galvanized with all fittings and fixed to walls, ceiling or laid in floors complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only stack clamp out of 50mm by 3mm flat iron and 16 mm dia round iron stays fixed to pipe of bore 110mm complete all as specified.

S&F in repairs 125mm dia PTMT grating doom shape with centre or side hole (Mini Wt 40 grams) complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs CP grating 110mm dia complete all as specified and as directed.

Repair to rolling shutter including oiling, greasing, replacement of unserviceable part to closing & opening condition complete all as specified and directed. (Measurement shall be applicable as per area of opening)Replaced part shall be measured separately.

Repair to gate area 8.00 Sqm to 15.00 Sqm each leaf including necessary welding, riveting, drilling locking arrangement and replacement of unserviceable part, and making them in serviceable condition complete all as specified and directed.(including taking down ,hoisting,refixing) Note- Material shall be measured and paid separately.

S&F Framed/ Unframed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, also small article for old gates etc complete, all small articles including drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering etc to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings and hanging also fastening and fixing complete all as specified and directed.

S&F MS sheets1.25mm plain black sheet cut to size, holes punched including rounded headed screws, clout nails or rivets and fixed to steel framing with plain 40mm lap joints with riveted or welded seams including bending or as in covering to door shutters complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound.

S&F in repair fancy type 20mm dia aluminium curtain rods powder coated fixed to bracket completed all as spd & directed.

S&F decorative type/fancy type knobs with bracket of MS powder coated fixing at end of pelmet rod complete al as spd & directed.

M&L for preparing plastered or unplastered surfaces of wall, pilasters, cornices etc by brooming down or steel wire brushing, scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spot and applying one coat of white wash complete all as specified and directed.
