M&L for Preparing new plastered or unplastered surfaces of ceiling and applying three coats of white wash complete.

M&L for Preparing new plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of oil bound distemper white or tinted over and including a coat of 1 mm thick wall care putty and chalk whiting on plastered surfaces preparatory to distempering complete.

M&L for Complete removal of existing treatment and preparing old decorated surfaces of wall and applying two coats of Oil Bound Distemper over one coat of 1mm thick wall care putty up to 15 mtr height cmplete.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment of wall including cornices etc. by washing, rubbing down and stopping holes, and applying two coats of cement base paint over one coat of primer of approved shade up to 15 mtr height cmplete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new or old plastered surfaces of wall and applying two or more coat of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489;2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/10 sm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/10 Sqm over new surface up to 15 mtr height cmplete.

M&L for preparation of old steel surfaces with complete removal of existing treatment and appliyng one coats of synthetic enamel paint coloured as approved by EIC over a coat of red oxide over a coat of red oxide up to 15 mtr height cmplete. complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs for gypsum ceiling board for ceiling prepainted, perforated finish, 600mm x 600mm x 9mm to 9.5mm thick in size, of approved brand/make, laid over and including grid work of size 600 x 600mm, made out of 0.5mm thick G.I. tee 32mm x 24mm for main, 25mm x 24mm for cross tee and 20mm x 20mm angle fixed on wall, powder coated finish on exposed faces of tee and angle. hung from ceiling using 2mm thick G.I. Suspension wires spaced at 1200mm on main runners including making niches for fans/light at as specified and directed.
