Carrying out servicing/maint of 100 KVA /125 KVA /160 KVA DG set of Make : 'Greaves/Kirloskar' including 'B' check as per manufacturers manual through authorised dealer of DG set manufacturer of existing DG set Make and testing of DG set complete all as specified and directed. Note :- All materials/spare parts required for carrying out above maintenance/servicing shall be measured and paid for separetely as 'Supply only' items as mentioned below and shall be of make-Greaves/Kirloskar/Cummins as per make of DG set and labour element required for replacing the spare parts including replacement of minor spare parts which are essential for carrying out servicing/maintenance of DG sets shall deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted by the tenderer against item No.1.

Repair/servicing of radiator assembly of 100 KVA /125 KVA /160 KVA DG Set after dismanteling and removing cooling fans, guard plates and lowering the same from engine after draining out water from radiator and scrapping / removing sludge / scale inside tank with acid including replacement MS tank (botom portion) at rusted portion by cutting/ welding / brazing with 2mm thick copper plate including painting. Remounting the same at its original position and repalcement of pre mixed coolent as per the ratio fixed by manufacturer and testing complete all as specified and directed. Make:- Greaves/ Kirloskar/Cummins Note:- Pre mixed coolent shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item of schedule.

All as per ser item No. 32 here-in-before but for 18.5 KVA to 82.5 KVA DG Set. Make:- Greaves /Cummins / Kirloskar.

Supply and fixing in replacement of new Self starter, auto lock, 12Volt / 24Volt of existing make, on the 100 KVA /125 KVA /160 KVA DG Set and taking out unserviceable self starter from DG set complete all as specifies and directed.

All as per ser item No. 34 here-in-before but for 18.75 KVA to 82.5 KVA DG Set.

Taking down unserviceable self starter from the DG Set 18.75 KVA to 160 KVA including dismantling the self starter and taking out burnt winding armature & field coil and cleaning the slot including re-winding of armature, field coil with enameled copper conductor of existing gauge including insulating material and heat varnish. Replacing worn out armature auto lock-01PC, Carbon brushes set, Pinion set, copper bush Set, Guard piece rubber, carbon rocker, Solinoid coil and reassembling the Self starter and mounting on its original position by replacing worn out nut bolts washers including painting of self starter complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling and opening of turbo charger assembly of 63 KVA to 160 KVA DG Set and Supply and fixing of turbo charger kit including refixing, testing complete all as specified and directed.

All as per ser item No. 32 here-in-before but of capacity 18.75 KVA to 30 KVA DG Set.

Repair/servicing of water pump and replacement of water kit and water seal of 18.75 KVA to 160 KVA DG Set complete all as directed.

Dismantling and taking down alternator assembly from existing engine and transporting to workshop and carry out servicing / maintenance of alternator unit of capacity 100 KVA /125 KVA /160 KVA DG set as per the phase work :- (a) Opening of Alternator and cleaning / remvoing dust from armature and field coil. (b) Cleaning of used / old lubricated substances drive/non drive end bearings. (c) Cleaning end cheeking of AVR unit (d) Cheking and tighting of coupling bolts and replacement of rubber inserts. (e) M&L for carrying out heat varnishing for field and armature coil and kept in heating chamber for 48 hours for drying properly. (f) Replacement of Bearings as per existing size. (g) Reassembling complete unit and carrying out testing at workshop and transportation to installation and coupling with DG Set including necessary alignment, cable connections complete all as specified and directed.

All as per ser item No. 40 here-in-before but of cpacity 30 KVA to 63 KVA DG Set.

Rewinding of armature with super enamelled copper of required size wire including varnishing, sleeves, cotton tape and heating etc. for DG Set of capacity 62.5 KVA to 100 KVA, complete, all as specified and directed. Note: Cost of winding wire shall be deemed inclusive of quoted rate.

All as per ser item No 42 here-in-before but for 18.5 KVA to 50 KVA DG set.

Dismantling, rewinding of field coils of alternator with super enamelled wire including varnishing and heating including reassembling and testing for capacity of DG Set 100 KVA to 200 KVA, complete, all as specified and directed. Note : Cost of winding wire shall be deemed inclusive of quoted rate.

All as per ser item No. 44 here-in-before, but for 62.5 KVA to 82.5 KVA DG set.

Taking out unserviceable diesel tank 100 Litres to 300 Litres for 63.5 KVA to 160 KVA DG set and suppy and fixing new fabricated diesel tank less than suitable capacity 14 gauge CRCA sheet duly painted with fuel indicatior which is to be fitted in existing canopy without making any damage to canopy, including replacement of glass wool insulation 80 mm thick density 30 Kg per Cum, which is covered with NET GP Sheet stainless steel with the help of rivets for all over canopy of DG set, reparing of unserviceable top cover of DG set duly painted and replacement of rubber beading of existing shape and size all along the periphery of the doors complete all as specified and directed.

M&L dismantling, opening of diesel engine cylinder head, removal of unservieable worn out spare parts, cleaning of all components, reboring of cylinder on lathe machine, after reboring honning process will be carrred out, replacement of all spare parts and gaskets as per manufacturer spare part kit, re-assembling of complete engine setting, timing setting for the capacity of 63.5 KVA to 100 KVA DG set complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Spare parts will be measured and paid for seperately under respective item of BOQ.

Repair/Attending break down of Electric AMF panel to make completely functional in all respect complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Spare parts required for AMF panel shall be measured and paid seperately under relevant item of BOQ.

Disconnecting & taking out of existing AMF panel of any description and in any position, of 125 KVA capacity DG set & opening of AMF Panel, checking AC/DC circuits and replacement control wiring with 1.5 Sqmm, single core, copper conductor, flexible, PVC insulated, unsheathed cable suitable upto 1100 Volts confirming to IS-694, taking out, removing and replacement of unserviceable parts / spares / items, reassembling the panel & fixing the same in position and testing the AMF panel on full load after completion of repairs all as specified and directed. Note : The quoted rates shall deemed inclusive of fixing the serviceable parts in position. The new parts shall be measured and paid for separately under appropriate item of Sch `A’ as `supply only. Replacement of small/minor parts such as nuts, bolts, washers/lugs/gaskets etc shall also deemed to be inclusive of quoted rate.
