M&L for vitrified light shade ceramic tiles 10 mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.42 Sqm but not exceeding 1.00 Sqm, laid on vertical surfaces such as skirting, dados and risers to steps etc laid over and including 10mm thick cement plaster in CM (1:4) set and jointed in neat cement paste ,complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Demolition of stone slabs/paver block and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc., laid, bedded and pointed in any mortar, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for machine cut Kota stone slab flooring 18-20 mm thick over cement screed bed laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab, laid over and including 20mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6, rubbing, grinding and polishing complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Kota stone slab 18-20 mm thick in riser of steps, skirting, dado and pillar laid over cement screed and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab, laid over and including 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4, rubbing, grinding, rounding of edges and polishing , complete all as specified and directed. Note : Kota stone shall be laid in one piece for treads and risers for step, and moulding/rounding of edge properly.

The base and hardener into a suitable container shall be emptied and mixed with a paddle and slow speed heavy duty drill, ensuring the sides are scraped down. A uniform grey colour should be obtained after mixing thoroughly The mixed adhesive is applied to both surfaces to be bonded with a serrated trowel or other suitable spreader. The joint should be closed immediately, if this is not achieved the surface of the adhesive should be slightly scratched immediately prior to closing the joint to expose fresh adhesive. The joint must be closed within recommended. the open time of the adhesive . on sight monitoring of the operation using lapped asbestos cement panels is recommended.

M&L for Providing and laying 1.5mm thk high-performance, loose-laid, reinforced TPO (Thermoplastic Polyolefin) waterproofing membrane on the well cleaned and undulation free surface. The TPO membrane individual roll shall be laid over 300GSM, geotextile laid over the prepared surface. Supply and laying in replacement old unserviceable cable is passing through pipe, 1100 volts grade heavy duty cable with PVC insulated aluminium conductor served with an inner sheathing of PVC tape armoured with galvanised steel wire or tape and overall PVC sheathed 10 sq. mm 2 core nominal cross section in service connections complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing 40 mm dia light grade galvanised with all fittings and fixed complete to wall ceiling or laid in floors or under ground for protection of cable laying complete all as specified and directed.
