Repair and Renovation of Sub-Jail Dining Hall such as Grading Concrete, M.S. Door and Window at Paralakhemundi in the District of Gajapati (Non-Res)

Dismantling & Removing 2.5 cm thick old grading concrete from roof slab including stacking the useful materials for reuse and removing the debris with in 50m lead including cost of all labour, Labour CESS and T&P. etc required to complete the work in all respect, as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying 2.50 cm thick Grading Concrete over roof slab with cement concrete (1:2:2) using 4.7mm size black hard granite crusher broken chips and screened & washed sharp river sand of approved quality from approved quarry and finished smooth, including watering and curing for the required period including cost, conveyance, royalties of all materials, cost of all labour, labour CESS, T&P etc. required to complete the work in all respect as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Finishing interior surfaces of walls with two coats of Plastic emulsion paint of approved quality and shade from a recognized company to give an even shade including preparation of the surface before applying , including cost of scaffolding ,staging and cost ,conveyance of all materials ,cost of all labour, labour CESS and T&P required to complete the work in all respect as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying, fitting & fixing of MS Window grills, grill gates and Doors made of ISI marked MS angle, M.S Flat or M.S square bars (10mm) and all fittings and fixtures of approved design and specification including cost, conveyance, fabrication of all materials, cost of all labour, labour CESS and T&P. etc. required to complete the work in all respect as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing & painting exterior surfaces of walls with two coats of Weather seal coat paint of approved quality and shade from a recognized company to give an even shade, after cleaning the plastered surface perfectly by watering and brushing including cost of scaffolding ,staging and cost ,conveyance of all materials ,all labour, labour CESS and T&P required to complete the work in all respect as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Painting 2 (Two) coats with synthetic enamel paint to iron work over a coat of primer of approved colour, shade after sand papering , polishing the surface including cost, conveyance of all materials, all labour, labour CESS T&P , scaffolding etc. required to complete the work in all respect as per drawing and technical specification and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete (1:2:4) using 12mm size black hard granite crusher broken chips and screened and washed sharp river sand of approved quality from approved quarry as per approved design including hoisting, lowering, laying and compacting to proper thickness, watering and curing for the required period, finished smooth , providing grooves or beads where necessary including cost, conveyance, royalty of all materials with labour, labour CESS , and T&P etc. required to complete the work in all respect including dewatering if required as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing 12 mm thick cement plaster with cement mortar (1:6) with screened and washed sharp river sand for mortar and finished smooth to the rough surface of walls after racking out joints including watering and curing, rounding of corners, providing grooves where ever necessary with cost, conveyance, royalties of all materials, cost of all labour, Labour CESS,T&P, and scaffolding as required to complete the work in all respect as per the Direction of the Engineer-in-charge .

Supplying fitting and fixing of steel wire mesh or welded mesh of approved quality and approved size fixing in position fixing with PVC beading etc. with cost of all materials, nails or screws if required for the work and all labour, T&P etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charges.
