Letter of authority issued by the manufacturer authorizing the tenderer to quote their products for the current tender at SJICR in original. The manufacturer should mention the list of products authorizing the distributor to quote in the authorization letter itself

Drug License issued by the Drug Controller.

Wholesale license of the bidder, issued by the State Drug Control Department and retention of whole sale license held by the bidder.

Import License and retention of import license for imported Drugs.
