TTPS Mech II BM Unit I II III Boiler Inspection checking and opening closing of valves in Deaerator PRDS, Boiler from 18mtr to 52mtr inspecting the rise in slag level through 8 mtr peep hole door and take necessary action for poking opening closing

Charges towards inspection, checking, opening & closing of superheater & Reheater attemperation valves, CBD station valves, EBD station valves, PRDS station valves, Eco RC valves, Eco, Drum, superheater, reheater & Startup vent, superheater drains, water wall drains, Eco drains, ERV isolation valve, Feed water station valves, Main Steam stop valves, PRS station valves, Soot blower drains & Burner Elevation valves from 18 Mtr to 52 Mtr elevation and APH soot Blower operation and checking the oil level in actuators, checking rise in slag level through 8mtr peep hole door and take necessary action for poking, checking scanner air fans and its dampers, inspection of Airpreheater and checking temperature of its guide bearing & support bearing and checking for any passing in Superheater, Reheater, Drum & ERV safety valves and take necessary action for rectification, checking peep hole doors and manhole doors for any damage or openings and checking any coal powder leakage in Boiler corners and take necessary action for rectification if found, opening & closing of burner elevation trip valves in AB, CD & EF elevations in Unit-I, II & III Boiler as directed by the Engineer incharge in shift
