Supplying and fixing of MS Grill of approved design for open courtyard, grill, grill work to doors, window, ventilators and openings etc using necessary mild steel flats for inner and outer members which should be fixed on edges including priming coat of best approved quality red oxide primer etc complete complying with standard specification.

Plastering walls with cement mortar 1:4 (one part of cement four part of sand) 12 mm thick including all cost and conveyance of all materials and all labour charges etc. complete as per standard specification. TNDSS No:61

Ceiling plastering and finishing all RCC exposed surface such as RCC slabs, sunshade canopies, stair case steps, landing slab, etc. with cement mortar 1:3 (one part of cement three part of sand) 10 mm thick including packing the surface and provided necessary cement mortar nosing, headings as per the size specification wherever necessary using the same mix as directed by the departmental officers etc. complete complying with standard specification.

Painting two coats with ready mixed plastic emulsion paints of first class quality and of approved colour over a priming coat including through scraping clean removal of dirt etc, complete and including cost of necessary plaster of paris, putty, brushes, wherever required and all labour charges, scaffolding charges etc., complete as per standard specification.

Painting new iron works such as steel doors, windows, ventilators, window bars, balustrades etc with two coats of best approved first quality and colour of synthetic enamel paint over the existing red oxide priming coat in all floors excluding cost of priming coat etc complete complying with standard specification. (The make, quality and colour of paint should be got approved by the departmental officers before use on works.)

Plastering in cement mortar 1:3 mix (one part of cement and three part of sand) 12 mm thick finishing including cost and conveyance of all materials and labour charges for curing and all other incidental charges etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Providing and laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregates to Wet Mix Macadam of required thick specification including premixing the materials with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed material by tipper to site laying in uniform layers with pavers in Sub Base / Base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density including cost of material, labour charges, rentals for machinery, fuel and all other incidental charges etc., complete as per clause. 406 of MORTH Rev-5.
