Material and labour for painting STP Plant on steel and iron surfaces with one coat of synthetic enamel paint as per existing colour scheme or pattern after preperation of old painted surface of any description over 10cm in width or girth complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & pouring Compressor Oil in air blower at STPs complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for dismantling, disconnecting the Air Blower including disconnecting from channel frame and electrical panel for repair of Gear Box, refitting of gear box after toping up oiling, greasing, alingment of pump set and re-fixing/ assembling testing to make it functional complete including cleaning of all dirt, dust and including transportation to civil workshop for repair work and back to working site etc complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Worn out spares shall be replaced with new and measured & paid as supply only in respective item.

Supply only Sodium Hypo Chloride having 10% Chlorine content complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (a) The contractor shall furnish the original Test Certificate of conformity of the chemicals from the manufacturer indicating MES order / CA No. and other relevant details at the time of acceptance of product by GE. (b) The chemicals shall be tested out for their genuinity within 07 days of receipt of consignment at site from NABL approved lab and report to be submitted to the Engineer-in-charge. (c) Cost of testing and transportation shall be deemed to be included in unit rate of supply. The chemicals shall be used only after their confirmation to the standards. (d) The contractor shall supply the chemical in a 50/60 litre PVC Sealed case on a monthly basis.

Material and Labour for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate Electrode 600mm x 600mm x 6mm thick buried directly in ground earth pit not less than 2.25 meters deep below ground level with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5mt below GL connected to 32 x 6mm GI strip upto 7.5 m long by mean of GI bolts ,nuts,check nuts & washers and connected to earthing test point & earth dolly all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR part I 2009 & as specified and testing on completion including earth work & excavation in any type of strata , PCC (1:3:6) type chamber precast slab 50mm thick in cement concrete (1:2:4) type B1 (reinforced with welded steel wire fabric of XPM, weight not less than 4 Kg /Sqm) with cast iron frame ,funnel with water pipe of 20mm dia GI medium grade , wire mesh and lugs etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for fixing of Air termination, single pointed aluminium rod 12mmdia and 300mm long complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for galvanised iron strip 32 X 6 mm buried in ground complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for cleaning of MBBR -02 Nos tank,tube settler, filter feed tank,treated water tank thoroughly by removing mud, grits etc from 300 KLD STP complete all as specified and as directed. Notes :- (a) Cleaning inner surface of tank completly by scraping with steel wire brush and removing mud and sludge collected inside the tank manually at a distance not exceeding 50 mtr all as directed. (b) Washing with clean water and bleaching powder complete tank internally and removal of left out sludge, if any at site at a distance not exceeding 50 mtr all as directed. (c) The contractor should ensure the safety of the labourers cleaning the tank and must have all the safety equipments with all the labourers.

Material and labour for cleaning of sewage and removing of settled down sewage sludge cum mud/de-silting etc at 300-350 KLD STP for equalisation tank complete all as specified and directed. Notes :- (a) Cleaning inner surface of tank completly by scraping with steel wire brush and removing mud and sludge collected inside the tank manually at a distance not exceeding 50 mtr all as directed. (b) White Washing the inner surface of tank completely . (c) The contractor should ensure the safety of the labourers cleaning the tank and must have all the safety equipments with all the labourers. (d) The contractor will close the manholes at the entrance of the STP so that no sewage flows into the chamber at the time of cleaning.

M&L for opening of filter media chamber and taking out u/s dirty silex, sand filtermedia gravels,activated carbon and cleaning/scrapping the inside surface throughly complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for replacement of existing UNSV sign board with size of 5 X 3 feet of steel sheet of 2 mm thick heavy duty including writing alphabatic letters computerised with retro refelctive sheets of size 150mm fonts and fixed with stainless steel pipe heavy duty of size 40 to 50 mm dia and to be fixed outside the installations along with required PCC and top of the sign board should be 2.3 mtr complete all as specified and as directed.

Carrying of samples for testing of treated water of STP, testing in NABL approved laboratory and submission of detailed test report to the Engineer-in-charge. Details are as under :- (a) Carrying out minimum essential testing of water as per relevant IS standard for odour, PH value, TSS, BOD, COD, fecal coliform, total Nitrogen,total phosphorus.

S&F in replacement of water pressure gauge of range 0- 300 PSI with 100mm dia, duly fixed with suitable size of stainless steel pipe and control valve and fixed on existing position of plant incl taking down old U/S pressure gauge complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for supply of sewage carrying vehicle of capacity 5000 ltrs at STPs to uplift the sewage water from the existing equalisation tanks/MBBR tanks/Filter feed tanks and collecting it in the trolley and disposing it at the sewage dumpyard outside the agra cantonment area complete all as specified and directed including cleaning the premises of the STP if any dirtiness caused by the sewage carrying vehicle complete all as specified and directed.
