150mm thick Cement concrete type E-2, 1:5:10 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in fdn and subbase to received top layer, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge

100mm thick Cement concrete 1:1.5:3, type A-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in topping layer finished surface even and fair, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge

Forming 12mm thick expansion joints filled with pre-formed bituminous fillar and top 30mm primed and sealed with sealing compound, Grade 'A' complete, thickness of slab 100mm, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge

Removing excavated soil to a distance n exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5 m above the starting point, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Roof trusses (framed), trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beams, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) including distance piece, cleats etc Fe 410-W (Gde - E - 250) Quality 'A', complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Pre- painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Pre- painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in ridge, fixed with self tapping screws all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, n exc 5 cm long and dia of neck 5 mm but not exceeding 10mm, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Applying two coats of synthetic enamel painting to new surfaces steel based over a coat of red oxide primer exc. 10 cm width/girth including preparation of surfaces including filling with filler where required, complete all as specified and directed.

Point wiring with PVC insulated single core cable (FRLS) of stranded copper conductors of size 1.5 sqmm, 1100 volt grade drawn in and including rigid PVC casing caping accessories laid on wall/ceiling surface and fixed with PVC saddles and back-plate and GI screws, including PVC insulated single core cable (FRLS) of stranded copper conductor of size 1.5 sqmm as earth continuous wire connected to common earth and PVC Board of suitable for housing like switches, sockets, fan regulators etc for One light point/one fan point controlled by one switch, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

All as per item No 17 above but with conductor of size 4 sqmm (Nominal area) (FRLS) for one 3 pin socket outlet 15 Amps on independent board complete and earth continuity wire with 4 sqmm (FRLS) PVC insulated stranded copper conductor Cable, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Sand cushioning with fine sand to under ground cables in trenches/ducts in layers of 8 cm deep before laying the cable and 15 cm deep after laying and stretching the cable as specified in clause 19.75 of SSR Part-I complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in -Charge. (Note:-Punned thickness shall be measured and paid)

Note :- Item for removal of excavated material of E/m Portion shall be measured and paid in respective item of B/R Portion
