Labour of LT UG Cable

LT- UG - Earthwork Excataion of 0.75 Mt Average depth, 0.45 mt average width in hard stiff clay, shales murran gravel, stoney earth and mixed gravel, stoney earth and mixed with small sizes boulders and gravelly soil for sand bedding as directed by the Engineer - in-charge at site and including providing labour for watching over the excavated trench during day and night to avoid any accident caused to animal and human being including cost of signal board, danger light, trial pit, barrycade arrangements, lead and lift etc, completed (This excludes Blacktopping charges)

LT- UG - Labour charges for removing of black topping portion of 0.45 mt average width by using chisel, hammer and pick axe and including cost of signal board and danger light and providing watch and ward staff to prevent any accident caused to the cattle and human beings including sharpening charges of chisel and including excavation of road cutting using JCB/Air compressor Drill at Day and Night time and avoiding any damage to the telecom and water lines etc (Along the Road) including trial pits

LT- UG - Providing sand bedding with good quality of Manufactured Sand to a depth of 6" in the excavated cable trench including cost of sand, labour, and labour charges for transport,lead, lift, etc., complete

LT- UG - Loading of LT armoured cable drum from stores using crane Lorry, safe transportng to site and safe unloading at the worksite without any damage using crane lorry.This includes labour for loading, unloading, transporting and rent for crane lorry, all T&P such as crowbars,DShackle etc., that must be brought by the contractor. - Dept Vehicle

LT- UG - Recoiling / Laying / Removal of LT UG cable in the excavated trench including drawing the cable through RCC/G.I.Pipe wherever necessary such as Road Crossing etc.,without any damage , sealing the cable with end caps with suitable ends which includes provision of Signal Board, Danger Board, light etc and also loading, transporting charges, unloading , tools and plants, rollers etc etc.,the contractor must bring all tools and plants and Rollers. -4 x 240 Sqmm

LT- UG - Refilling the cable trench and duct with excavated earth in layer,ramming and consolidating properly in layers of 6" and the top brought in line with the existing surface including labour, lead, lift. Etc., complete

LT- UG - Fixing Cable termination for 120/240 Sqmm UG Cable using 4 Nos lugs including supply of clamps, bolt and nuts, lugs by the contractor along the structure / Pillar box

Erection of 4 Way Pillar Box including cost of excavation , transportation, construction of 2 Nos pillar walls ( 1.20 m - Height x 0.5 m - Length x 0.2 m - width)., plastering of 2 Nos pillar walls as specified below including supply of all civil materials such as cement, sand, jelly and T&Ps.

Erection of 1.1 KV 4C x 120,240 Sq.mm LT UG Cable Straight Joint Kit-Heat shrinkable type,including charges for cable jointer.

HT UG - Drawal/Laying of R.C.C."V" Troughs in th excavated cable trench from Stores/ Worksite including transportation without any damage .This includes all Lead ,Lift safe unloading, safe Loading and transport etc. ( Note: Damage if any due to rough handling, the cost of V trough will be be deducted)

HT UG - Refilling the cable trench and duct with excavated earth in layer,ramming and consolidating properly in layers of 6" and the top brought in line with the existing surface including labour, lead, lift. Etc., complete

HT UG - Fixing of cable termination including supply of clamp at 3 locations along the structure after completion of termination joint.Termination joint will be done by cable jointer separately.But this includes releasing of cable drum from the cable pit/ structure ,providing and reeasing of tent,transporting of tent from office to site and back fixing the cable at structure and back filling the cable pit etc.

HT UG - Excavation of pit (for providing Straight joint) of size 3.6 M X 2.4 M X 1.3 M and excavation of cable trench for 3 M on either side of the joint location for releasing the cable.This includes labour for providing and releasing of tent at joint location, transporting of tent from office to site and back, removing and refixing of "V" troughs, fixing the joint works &carefully fixing the joint in position after completing of jointing and refilling the trench with the excavated soil.

HT UG - Erection of 160 mm dia ISI PVC Pipe for Road and Drainage crossing for the HT Cable laying ( Note: Normally PVC Pipes will be used for termination structure. Only in specific locations the GI pipe will be used as per the advise of site engineer incharge) - GI Pipe

LT- UG Loading, unloading ,transporting and erection of RCC Cable marker of standard size including painting the word " TNEB/ UG CABLE" and other notations as per the site Engineers instruction. (Includes excavation and laying)

HT UG - Erection of 33 KV 3C x 400 Sq.mm XLPE UG Cable Outdoor End termination Kit-Heat shrinkable type,including charges for cable jointer.

HT UG - Erection of 33 KV 3C x 400 Sq.mm XLPE UG Cable Straight Joint Kit-Heat shrinkable type,including charges for cable jointer.

EPF @ 13 % should be Entered by the Bidder.

E.S.I. @ 3.25 % should be Entered by the Bidder.
