Repair/Maint of water main pipeline, sluice valves, ARVs, valve pits, NRVs and Dosing systems at various distributions pump houses with allied works under GE (Utilities) Udhampur

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth,foundation etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, maneholes, pier holes etc. and taking out/laying of pipe lines of soft/dense soil. Complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Returning, filling, levelling, spreading, watering and well ramming in layers not exc. 25 cm thick complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Removing surplus soil not exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking up or down CI/DI/MS water mains pipe 300 mm bore (including all fittings), with flanged/welded butt joint/ spigot and socket with rubber gasket complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Refixing MS/DI/CI pipe obtained from item No. 04 above and connections in new or old position (walls, trenches, ceiling and floors etc) of size 300 mm bore complete inlcuding main / branch connections complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply, laying, jointing and testing MS ERW pipe class 'B' of bore 300 mm having wall thickness 6 mm with permissible tolerance + 10% conforming to IS-3589, ISI marked alongwith circular welding joints laid in trenches/ along road/ on surface/ slopes/pillars/ culverts/ causeways etc,complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge..

M&L for laying centrifugally cast (spun) DI pipes 300mm bore pipes with spigot & Socket ends,class K-9 conforming to IS 8329/2000 suitable for push on rubber gasket jointing with inside cement mortar lining and outside zinc coating with finishing layer of black bitumen coating duly ISI marked complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking up or down old unseviceable GI pipe of size 150 mm dia including all fittings complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Refixing GI/CI pipe obtained from Item No.19 above and connections in new or old position (walls, trenches, ceiling and floors etc) of size 150 mm dia complete including main branch connections complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply & fixing GI pipes of size 150 mm dia, medium grade, galvanized with all fitting such as bends, tees, nipples, union and sockets, clamps etc laid in trenches, under floor/walls etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
