Construction of synthetic Volley ball Court at Govt. HSS Chakroi (Under UT Capex Budget 2026-27)

Preparation of sub grade by excavating earth to an average of 22.5 cm depth, dressing to camber and consolidation with road roller including making good the undulation etc and disposal of surplus earth beyond Municipal limits with all leads, lifts, loading and unloading charges complete.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering . All works upto plinth level 1:4:8 mix (1 cement: 4 coarse sand:8 graded stone aggregates) 40 mm nominal size (crushed)

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including curing but excluding the cost of centring and shuttering. All work upto plinth level with:1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Chequerred precast cement concrete (rubber moulded) tile 22mm thick in footpath and courtyard (Rubble moulded) joined with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of tile size 300mmx300mm including rubbing and cleaning etc complete on 20mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:4(1cement:4 course sand)

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for: Foundations, footings, bases for columns

Treatment of soil using chemical like round up for anti weeding laid in holes @ 300 mm c/c and consumpution @ 600 ml/ 10 Sqm

Consolidation of subgrade with power road roller of 8 to 12 tonne capacity including making good the undulations etc. with earth or quarry spoils etc. and rerolling the subgrade

Providing and laying River Bed Material by way of spreading the same in uniform layer not exceeding 20cm in depth, watering and compacting with vibratory power road roller of 8-10 tonne capacity including carriage of material from source to site of work (all leads, lifts complete).

Providing and laying water bound macadam with specified stone aggregate, screening and binding material including screening, sorting to template and consolidation with power road roller 80-100 KN capacity. Base course with 63mm- 45mm size including screening 13.20mm size.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate (size range 53 mm to 0.075 mm ) to wet mix macadam (WMM) specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant, carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, for all leads & lifts, laying in uniform layers with mechanical paver finisher in sub- base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller of 8 to 10 tonne capacity to achieve the desired density.
