Repairs to Horizontal Split case pump of discharge 300m3/Hr 45m Head (Make: Wilo) by way of: Disassembling of pump and motor by way of opening all the fasteners at coupling and opening the top of the pump for extraction of rotating assembly.

Shifting of the Pump from site to workshop & back from workshop to site in a private load carrier after carrying out necessary repairs including loading & Unloading at site & workshop.

Disassembling of the pump assembly by way of removing the housing on both sides of DE and NDE. Then extracting the damaged chuck nuts and sleeves with the help of tools and tackles by a skilled person. The impeller be then removed and the shaft is then prepared for rebuilding.

Rebuilding of shaft by way of welding the shaft at the worn out places particularly at bearing seats for material deposition and then applying high grade steel reinforced Epoxy putty at the worn-out places & finally turning the shaft on the Lathe to achieve the diameter of the shaft at the worn-out places as per requirement.

Providing & Fitting of C.I sleeves as per the sample. The job includes turning of the cast material on the Lathe machine to achieve the size and dimensions as per the sample.

Providing & Fitting of ball bearing 6306 of SKF make by way of extracting the damaged bearing on both sides of DE and NDE. The bearing cups shall be cleaned of all the grease and foreign impurities using suitable agent and then fitting the new bearing with MP grease as required.

Reassembling the pump rotating assembly with the sleeves, bearing and housings & fitting the same in the pump casing and fastening all the nuts and bolts. The job also includes proper alignment of the motor shaft to the pump shaft such that there will be practically no or misalignment within the permissible limits & the two are coupled by means of rubber coupling and finally testing & commissioning the pumping unit on full load condition.

Replacement of damaged CI coupling of the said Horizontal Pump[ing unit at way by of Providing and Fitting of New Tyre coupling (TC-16) with nuts and Rubber tyre. The job includes machining of the tyre coupling on the Layth machine to achive the inner dia of the coupling as per the dia of the shaft of the pump and motor to be coupled including the key way on both the halves for insertion of the cotter.
