CERTAIN MISC REPAIRS TO SEWAGE LINE, MANHOLE ETC , CLEANING CLEARING OF BLOCKAGES AND OTHER MISC WORKS AT TS MAHUL, BCF NSD MANKHURD UNDER GE (NW) MANKHURD.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster on brick or stone walls etc including raking out joints, hacking for keys, scrubbing down with water complete & removal of debris outside MD land upto requisite distance including necessary scaffolding upto 20m height and removal of grass, roots of plants etc at any place of bldg, and M&L for 15mm thick in two coats (10+5mm) polymer modified ready mix cement based plaster on the wall surfaces complete all as specified and directed make: easyplast from wall plast/readiplast from ultratech including material and labour for preparation for applying two coats of 100% premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resisitance as per IS 15489:2004, alkali & fungal rsistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shades(Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/10sqm over & including priming coat of extreior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/10 sqm including exterior wall care putty over new surfaces Note: The thickness of plaster specified above is minimum thickness and the quoted rates shall also deemd to be include for the provosion of dubbing of the surface and nothing extra shall be payable on this account.and applying all as specified including necessary scaffolding and safety arrangement

cleaning /clearing of blockage of gully traps, floor traps, vertical and horizontal soils/ waste pipe of different dia and sewage lines( PVC/SGW/ CI/RCC of any dia) except cleaning of manholes including opening inspection eye door of bend/ branch pieces, rodding till smooth flow and refixing of door after cleaning and any other cleaning work as directed by engr-in-charge in the area of the TS Mahul, BCF, NSD Mankhurd under GE (NW) Mankhurd Note: (a) Contractor's labour will report daily at 0845 hrs on all working days at online complain cell centre and attend complaints given by Engr -In- Charge . Complaints needs to be cleared within 24 hrs after receiving the complaints . The contractor will deploy requisite labour and supply all T&P ( mechanical Iron rods, knot ropes , bamboo etc) scaffolding ladders and necessary safety measures such as gas mask, use of safety belt and cell torch etc and any other materials required to clear the blockages at the site without any extra cost . In case any labour does not report to Engineer In Charge for the whole day or found missing more than half an hour on any day, Panel recovery @ RS.860/- per head per day shall be made proportionally from contractor's dues. b) The above item includes conveyance cost of labour with their tools to travel from one area/location to other area/location to attend complaints, plugging of sewer and diverting flow of sewage if necessary to carry out the work and removal of sludge from the site to outside MOD land (The department shall not be liable to provide any kind/form of transportation to the labour). (c) Registers of labour attendance and complaints shall be maintained by contractor at their own cost,which shall be kept in the custody of MES Department(complaint cell) duly signed by contractor's representative ,JE(civil) and Engineer in charge. (d) the work for this item will be completed minimum 11 months from the commencement of the work and minimum 01 manpower will be reported to this office daily from the commencement of the work and extra manpower in addition of 01 may also be provided based on urgent requirement and no extra payment will be paid on this account.

M & L for plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C2 as in bed to drain pipe, 300mm bore including packing under and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested including necessary shuttering and supports to concrete & M&L for reinforced concrete pipe class NP 2 laid and jointed complete with collars 300 mm dia & Dismantling any type of pipe including requisite excavation, jointed in cement mortar and taking out of trenches, if required complete all as specified and directed by EIC.

M & L for plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C2 as in bed to drain pipe, 200mm bore including packing under and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested including necessary shuttering and supports to concrete & M&L reinforced concrete pipe class NP 2 laid and jointed complete with collars 200 mm dia & Dismantling any type of pipe including requisite excavation, jointed in cement mortar and taking out of trenches, if required complete all as specified and directed by EIC.

M & L for plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C2 as in bed to drain pipe, 150mm bore including packing under and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested including necessary shuttering and supports to concrete & M&L reinforced concrete pipe class NP 2 laid and jointed complete with collars 150 mm dia & Dismantling any type of pipe including requisite excavation, jointed in cement mortar and taking out of trenches, if required complete all as specified and directed by EIC.

Cleaning manhole of size n.exc 1.50 Sqm by taking out sludge in semi liquid/solid stage (incl. all water etc) from inside of manhole of depth not exceeding 1.5 m and removing the sludge to a distance not exceeding 50m depositing in trenches including supply and sprinkling bleaching powder and covering sludge with earth to a thickness not less than 30 cm including all necessary excavation of earth work, returning filling, removal of surplus soil and necessary safety measures such as gas mask, use of safety belt etc as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Opening cover of manhole/septic tank exc 1.5 m depth, dewatering and pumping out night sludge etc from septic tank by mechanical means and removing sludge outside MD land and cleaning the septic tank as per BMC rules and placing the cover in original position taking all precautionary and safety measures all as directed. Note: All T&P and transportation for carrying sludge shall be provided by the contractor at their own cost.

M & L for precast reinforced cement concrete 1:2:4, type B1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in cover slab of manholes, septic tank etc, set in cement mortar (1:4) including necessary form, moulds etc and including taking out/removal of existing unserviceable cover slab from manholes /septic tank complete all as specified and directed.(Note: Reinforcement shall be measured and paid separately) including demolition of reinforced cement concrete (Reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition) in ground floors (below or above ground level) not exceeding 15cm thickness as in cover slabs etc. and removing the debris outside MD land upto requisite lead all as specified and directed.

M & L TMT steel bars 6 to 8 mm dia ,cut to length , bent to shape required inluding cranking, bending, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) wire not less than 0.90 mm dia as in reinforcement complete as specified and directed.

Formwork to soffits of suspended slab such as roof slab, floor slab, landing and similar work; flat rough finished surfaces of concrete complete all as specified and directed by EIC.
