(C) The quoted rate shall deemed to include the cost of minor civil works, MS Beam, MS rail with fixing arrangement including making good to the disturbed surface to match with the existing and if required scaffolding in lift shaft / lift well shall also included quoted rate. (D) The lifts shall comprise of all latest fail safe measures as specified in relevant IS Codes IS- 15785, IS-14665 of 2015: Part —I, IS-14665 of 2009: Part —V, IS-4591 of 2012, IS-15785 of 2007) and National Building Code – 2016 Section-5 part-8 as revised from time to time. (E) The wiring of lift shall be with copper conductor, stranded, ISI marked of suitable size. The wiring in the lift well shall be in MS conduit, ISI marked medium grade of suitable size. Suitable sockets/lights shall be provided as directed in the lift shaft. (F) If anything missed above but is technically required for efficient working of the lift is deemed to be included in the quoted rate. SCHEDULE 'A' PART - II FOR Comprehesive Maintenance of Lift including M&O (Phase-II)
Comprehesive maintenance through OEM for day to day routine/periodical maintenance of lift including supply of all consumable lubricants and repair or replacement of all components (spare parts) which may occur due to wear and tear including all major parts for following electrically operated automatic passenger /goods/ stretcher lift for daily /routine/periodical maintenance as per direction of reputed OEMs available in the region as approved by E-in-C's Branch covering entire lift (i.e. cabin, doors, control panel, drives, pulley, chain, gear system etc including daily maintenance necessary of records & documents all as specified here in after.
Passengers elevator of 20 passengers ( 1360 Kg ) capacity with traveling speed of 1.0 Mtr per second (Appox) to serve upto 1st floor (G+1) including automatic rescue device (ARD) during 1st year defect liability period.
All as per Item No 41 here-in-before but during of 2nd year defect liability period.

(vii) Annual maintenance Schedule:- Certain specified maintenance is required to be performed on each lift to ensure longevity and useful life working of lift details of maintenance required to be done and person responsible is provided in PS. An Annual safety Audit got to be carried out by Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM). (viii) Prior to completion of the work all the lift shall be inspected and tested by the IEM available at the office of Zonal CE. (ix) The contractor shall submit the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU )on stamp paper duly notarized with Original Equipments Manufacturer (OEM) shall be carried out under their overall supervision, maintenance and direction/ instructions within ten days after acceptance of tender, failing which the contract will be liable to be cancelled in terms of General condition of contract (I.A.F.W-2249). In case the lifts of makes for which OEM/ authorised agency do not exist, theses lift shall be repair through reputed OEMs registered MES contractors or other contractors listed in appropriate category of CPWD/ Railways/ Other Government Agencies as approved by GE (x) The OEM shall arrange one time training to all lift operators after start of work. (xi) The OEM shall conduct one safety audit during the currency of the contract for each lift and submit reports to the AGE. (xii) For any break of terms and condition of the MOU by the contractor the OEM shall inform to the AGE. (xiii)The replacement cost of major components such as control panel, VVVF Driver, ARD, Car door, car operating system and batteries as specified here-in-after will also be deemed included in said AMC and no extra payment shall be given on this account. (xiv) Force majeure:- Any breakdown in lift caused due to natural calamities, i.e flood, earthquake, fire in building other than fire in lifts etc.shall be outside scope of routine/periodical maintenance.
Outsourcing services for rescue to the trapped person( in case any failure of lift or in emerggency) from group of ectrically operated automatic passengers/ goods lift of building including reliever on Sundays & holidays by one Lift Operator Mate(Semi Skiled) per shift required for for servicing of rescue to the trapped person & daily / routine / periodical maintenance as per direction of OEM including daily cleaning and daily maintenance necessary of records & documents complete all as specified and directed. Qty Details :- (a) 01 no lift operator x 02 shifts ( Morning shift & Evening Shift) x01 no of lift x12 Month = 24 Each calendar month per 08 hours service(per Shift).
One Lift Operator Mate(Semi Skiled) per shift per month including reliever on Sundays & holidays during of 1st year defect liability period.
